We had my son’s 5th birthday party today, and couldn’t recommend it enough. Our host Jordon was absolutely brilliant. Great food, great fun, and one very happy birthday boy!!! We couldn’t ask for more. Am so glad we booked our party with you. Thank you! �

My son had his party at Flip Out Portsmouth yesterday & it was a lovely place to be. It was busy as it was a rainy Saturday afternoon but the staff were very accommodating & polite & great with the kids. The competitions that the staff ran in the arena were a fab addition to the fun also! I would recommend Flip Out!

My 7 year old had a party over Easter. The best party he’d ever had. Great place for fun with fantastic party food. The party host, Georgia was absolutely awesome! � She couldn’t have done any more to make Lucas’ day special. Thank you!!

Just had my daughter Evie’s birthday party here at flipout today and it was brilliant . Oscar our party host was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for him . Kristy also very helpful . Very well organised and everyone had a fAb time . Thank you Oscar .

I took my son (who has special needs) last night to flip out for the first time. It was his first time there as he had a party. It was hot and over excited and it all became too much for him in the end but I'd just like to say that the staff were amazing!! One young lad took the time to play with my son and when he saw me struggling helped me to get my son to leave. Definitely 5 stars for the young member of staff showing complete compassion and kindness at such a young age. Thank you x

Both my kids love it every time and the staff were good at watching everyone,the only thing negative I’ve noticed on each visit is food on the floor in the small child area,needs to be checked more

Awesome time had by parents and kids! Always worth the journey from Brighton and definitely worth travelling further than the one in Chichester for the fantastic staff, much better deals (3 hours for the price of 1) and the sprung floor for our tumbling crazy cheerleaders. Highly recommended �

Thumbs up for Connor! Having been to Flipout Portsmouth a few times he has been the first member of staff to really interact with the kids to enhance their Flipout experience. My boys had an absolutely fantastic time, much of it due to this young man’s enthusiasm to help and encourage them to make the most of their experience. Great job Connor!

So I booked my Sons 4th Birthday Party at Flip Out - 3/4/18 during the Easter Holidays - it was Chaos when we arrived !! We were so lucky that we had a party room ready when we arrived so everyone had a place for all belongings - considering all were 5 and under they behaved amazingly well due to the huge amount of people that were jumping considerably older than their age at the same time at the allocated slot of 11-12 (I’m so thankful no injuries occurred) -

I had paid for 8 and had 4 more join us - I went to pay for the extra 4 people to be told they had received no payment for the 8 booked for - I missed a considerable amount of time of my sons party trying to sort the matter and so luckily my dad paid again - when I got home I found the bank statement to prove payment and I am still awaiting a call for a refund !! ... thankfully everyone that came said they had an amazing time and Thankyou to Catalina - our host !! She was helping with the party, assisting at the heaving desks, answering calls and basically nothing we asked was too much of an issue, especially running up and down the stairs with plates of food !! I have not been to Flip Out on such a crazy day but I will go back again as everyone loved it !!

I agree with some of the other comments regarding the customer service. I made a complaint after I paid for my son and a group of his friends to do flip and feed for his birthday. I put my food receipt in 15 mins before everyone else yet we were the last ones to be served. I asked 3 times where our food was and the staff just weren't interested. I spoke to the duty manager and I even emailed the manager. Both apologised and said I could have some passes to use another day....funnily enough this was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't had any passes and they are now both ignoring my emails. It's not even about the money it's the principle of it all now. Take your customers complaints seriously and follow through what you say you are going to do. This issue has been made bigger than it needed to be because of your lack of professionalism.

Whilst trying to book onto my Monday Flip Fit class last night, I was very disappointed that I couldn't. I only found out that Flip Out Portsmouth have decided to cancel classes by noticing a 1 star review which mentioned it. I've attended these classes on a regular basis on a Monday evening since September 2016! Now only to find out a class a really enjoyed going to has been cancelled by reading a review! I've had no courtesy email or phone call. By reading another review I noticed the reason for the cancellation of classes is because of customer complaint? Before the lovely new refurbishment, Flip Out actually closed to the public at 8pm so we had the arena to ourselves for our class. But that changed recently and the outcome is that our classes have been cancelled. Sophie is a brilliant instructor an I thoroughly enjoyed her classes. It was also my bit of time to myself. Completely disappointed FlipOut and your communication is terrible!

Very disappointed to receive a call today to say the Fit Flip classes have all been cancelled. When I queried why I was told because management had taken on board complaints of the amount of space taken up by the class from other customers. During holidays I can appreciate this must be frustrating for the other jumpers, however during term time there is hardly anyone else when I attend the class at 8pm. It seems to be a very short sighted decision and perhaps it would be better to only have the classes running through term time. I was told the classes would restart in September - quite why it will be ok to start them then is beyond me. The class was absolutely fantastic and I am gutted 😢

I have been coming to do your flip fit sessions every week since October 2017. I thought I had finally found a form of exercise that not only do I enjoy and look forward to but has also helped me with my flexibility for my back that I have been suffering with and also helped bring strength back in to my weak shoulder from a break many years.

Now your company has decided to cancel the sessions, and I’ve been given the option to travel to your Chichester branch which will add on at least an extra 20 minutes of travel not to mention the extra fuel this will cost us. All of the group that regularly go are also all very disappointed. I’m sure you will be hearing several complaints in the following days/weeks. Most of the times for the sessions that the flip fit class is ran is never really busy except for during half term holidays. During term times you are lucky to see no more then 6 other people in there.

Took my daughter last night, with my friend and her 2 girls. It was the 1st time my daughter had ever been to any Flip Out, and they were all really well behaved and having a great time. But then all 3 girls came to us to tell us that my daughter had been shouted at and spoken to like dirt by a member of staff! I was fuming! I spoke to the manager, who was polite and apparently had a word with him. They denied it of course.



No member of staff has the right to shout at and frighten any child for any reason whatsoever! And to be quite honest, he should have been made to apologise to my daughter, as it was completely uncalled for. Not to mention the fact that he allowed an older boy (who he obviously knew well) to jump on my daughters foot and hurt her, but said and did nothing! She was sobbing her heart out, telling me she wanted to go home and didn't want to come back again.



I feel that more should have been done, and we should have been offered some sort of compensation, and definitely should have received a proper apology. Its totally unacceptable. Flip Out, you need to contact me personally and offer a resolution to this issue before I take it further. ��

This is a very honest opinion about this trampolining centre and in my opinion it is a very appalling place. On my visit I had to pay a expensive fee of £11 for access to the facilities for the whole place to be 2 ft off the bloody floor and a huge bouncy castle on the tumble floor. The foam pit was also closed so I did not feel satisfied for the money I paid. So overall I would give flipout Portsmouth a s*** rating because of truly how awful my experience was.

I've booked a party for my daughter in October and paid full price and have been told the 25% discount offered on promotion doesn't apply. I've sent messages privately and had responses I'm not satisfied with. Still awaiting a further response on messenger so have resorted to this!

Cannot believe that after next week there is no more flip fit at Portsmouth branch, finally found a local exercise class that I enjoyed and want to come back again and again. Kirsty is a fabulous instructor that gave us a full body work out and leaves you feeling satisfied that we worked hard. Classes were always at a great time in the evening that fits around my work commitments. Flip out gave excuse of customer complaints, but feel this is a cop out! There’s no compromise as during term times arena is not usually too busy, they say we could go to Chichester this is not good for Portsmouth community or carbon footprint as this is encouraging to do more miles! Not at all happy with flip outs decision

Absolutely disgusted with flip out today! A huge area is taped off with some flimsy tape so hardly any room. Plus because the corners aren't secure I nearly fell through the floor on the 'safe side of the arena. Also witnesses a barely 2 year old walk into the taped off area (no staff members watching) last minute he was stopped from falling a 2m drop to the concrete floor. Flip out shouldn't be open today in my opinion.
