It's that time of the week again ūüėč

We went for the Home Ed group today and I have to commend the member of staff my son says was called Victoria (hope that’s right) she was so patient with the children nervous about the drop and was wonderful with my son when he got upset about something. She was able to calm him down and bring him back to me. I don’t know if she’s had ASD training but if not she would be perfect for it.

I also think the drop is much better than the tower jump used to be which as I witnessed first hand could be very dangerous.

We have now visited 2 time the last t8me being on the 24th March 2018. We were with a party of 4 adults (non bouncing) and 6 children ranging from 4years old to 15years old. EVERYONE had a wonderful time! staff were helpful and kind but clear on safty rules with the children and the place was clean and warm. Fun time had by all both times! We will be returning!!

We had a great visit today for a party. My daughter wasn't part of the party and Jack the party host went out of his way for her. He was fantastic and she had a great time with her brother's friends. Thanks so much!

Visited today with 11 children for my sons birthday party. We booked the awesome party package. Our party host Dec was brilliant and engaged really well with us parents and all the kids he ensured the party ran smoothly and nothing was to much trouble for him. The kids all had an awesome time and some yummy food in the party room after an hour of jumping which was delivered prompt, this was great as the kids where all hyper from jumping and i appreciated the swiftness of things in the party room as the kids didnt get chance to get bored ;) The staff in the jump arena where great, really friendly and engaging with all the children jumping (not just ours) while at the same time keeping a watchful eye over everyone and managing to have control over the area which in turn unsured the safety of all jumpers. Facilities including cafe and toilets where all clean and maintained. I really couldn't find any fault it was awesome, so thank you flip out guys, especially dec for making my sons bithday party fantastical x

Visited flip out today for the first time and we absolutely loved it! The stay and play is amazing value!! Will definitely be making this a regular visit!!

And big shout out to Vicky for being so patient and friendly with Noah! He loved you!! ÔŅĹ

My partner an I come every week for Flip Fit. We love it! The instructor knows her stuff, she really motivates us and works us hard. Brilliant circuit with a good range of different exercises. I recommend this class to everyone I know ÔŅĹ

I've visited a few times now with my 7 year old ... We always have a great time. The staff are all friendly and it's well worth checking out the food too!

I just wanted to say a huge thanks for making my sons birthday party great . Great communication from the start , one of his friends had many allergies and intolerances (food wise) you went out of your May to cater for this . The day ran smoothly and the party organiser couldn‚Äôt have done enough ! Very attentive . Perfect day , many thanks ÔŅĹ

Great day out we paid for an hour jumping at 10am however arrived really early to be told we had the place to ourselves and we could bounce for 45 mins for free!!!! x the guys interacted with him and had a little chat with me too. Brilliant day x my son really enjoyed himself

For my first time coming I think flip out is brilliant? There is plenty of space for all the kids to have fun and enjoy theirselves, the staff are really lovely and friendly deffo recommend to a friend :) they have a time slot especially for toddlers which I plan to bring my daughter to, can’t wait to see what they have on offer for her :)

Flipping fantastic!! Bounced until my legs turned to jelly and took a well earned rest in the cafe upstairs. The kids are a sweaty flipping mess right now and still going...ūüėā

First time visiting flip out today I thought it was brill. definitely worth the money and it certainly put a smile on my daughters and nephews face the kids loved it, Staff was brilliant ( loved the costumes and so did my little girl ) Highly recommended. Also Liked how the staff had time for the children X

Fantastic place would definitely recommend to all ages, Olivia went above and beyond to make sure we had a great night, great place, great staff and certainly worth a visit.

Been to flip out on lots of occasions and absolutely love it! So much fun for both the kids and the grown ups! Recently attended a birthday party there, Martha was amazing with the kids! Looked after and played with my little girl throughout the party! Would defiantly recommend! ÔŅĹ

Me a 6 yr 10 yr and 11 yrs old attended yesterday my kids loved it.

However I did think the safety video was traumatic for younger ones . Id paid for 2 hr jump and for an hr she cried because of the rules and was scared ÔŅĹ

Also all of the jumps was not available 2 on then 2 off . What's that all about its half term flipout ÔŅĹ

Lastly I was was trying to calm my daughter down and show her there was no fear and gets told one on the trampoline yet a load of lads was running around 2 & 3 on a trampoline and nothing was said to them and yeah the staff seen.

Boys really enjoyed it and at one point they had the whole place to themselves,staff lovely and friendly only down side was that it was absolutely freezing I think they should invest in some decent heating

The kids had a great time, but there is definite room for improvement! It cost more (with discount) for me to walk my toddler across a few trampolines for 10 minutes than it cost for the 12 year old to enjoy the whole park for 2 hours - I feel this needs addressing in some way.



My other half went to change the toddler only to have to come back and send me because there were no changing facilities that men could use!



There are tonnes of families that would have been affected by this; but perhaps haven’t said anything but I would be more inclined to bring my children on a regular basis if there was some facility for people to take their under 2s along on a family day out without spending a disproportionate amount on entry for them when they aren’t going to use much!



Despite this, we did have a great time! The staff were brilliant and the kids had a whale of a time bouncing and playing with the football bit!

The arena’s are great for the kids but two issues today left us considering whether we’ll return in the future:-



1 - We booked and paid full amount for a 20 month old toddler who can only use about 10% of the facilities. It was only during the briefing video that we were told we had to have another full paying adult to supervise.........this was not made clear online or at the front desk. We managed to get a discount but if we’d have known before hand we wouldn’t have attended!



2 - Apparently gender equality doesn’t exist at Flip-Out. The only place I could change my daughter was in the female toilets!! Surely in this day and age there should be changing facilities available for single fathers or Dad’s who are spending time with their kids alone? For this reason alone I am no longer able to visit without my fiancée or a female friend. I am absolutely disgusted by this!!! I will be spreading this on the numerous Dad’s networks I’m a member of.

My first visit today and I was pretty disappointed. Absolutely freezing, nowhere near enough seats for parents to watch from. Despite safety videos and ‚Äústrict‚ÄĚ enforcing of policies (as the video said) there were trampolines with up to 8 children on and one even had older kids giving each other piggy backs whilst jumping which is a recipe for disaster if ever I‚Äôve seen one. Staff simply didn‚Äôt seem interested. It‚Äôs a shame as it promised so much....
