Went to the Austim friendly session... was nice and relaxing my daughter had a amazing time and the staff was very helpful and friendly... can't wait to go again... the people i went with also had a great time and there kids aswell

Went on a Tuesday late afternoon and it was a fantastic experience!

Wasn’t too busy, didn’t have to wait at all for any particular activity.

As much fun as the trampolines are, we also got to go on the Go-Karts which were even better!

Will definitely be going back. We had a great time! �

We took a group of students who had an amazing time. The staff were helpful and friendly. Admittedly it was at 12.00pm in term time but I am looking forward to returning.

We had our boy 7th B-day party at crazy cars it was Amazing!!!!!!! Highly recommend this place. The staff is amazing and very helpful. LOVE the place I wish they could do adult party’s . Thank you for great time and lots of fun.

Not only did all three kids (ranging from 6 months - 6years) have a great time but I did also. Great for all the family, food was good too!

My daughter loved it!! We have been to a lot of trampoline parks but she said this is the best because of the tumble tracks which she made full use off. (Only thing I would say is could do with a member a staff watching the tracks as quite often mid tumble a few kids would run on etc). On the way home she already asked when she can come again!

I took my 3 children today and we had a great time . There was some thing for all of us . My children went on diffrent parts of the park wile I enjoyed the cafe area were they have a great selection of food and drink .

Staff were very good i felt the children were in a very safe environment. So a massive thank you and well done to all at flip out wansworth.

I just wanted to say a big thankyou to the 2 guys that helped me with my son today when he became ill and was sick. I was rather flustered and concered for my boy. Your staff were very lovely and came to help straight away and a another girl came straight over to say she would also credited my account so i could jump another day. Our first time at flip out and definitely won't be my last we will be coming back.

Had one of the best nights ever here. The trampolines are awesome, the foam pit is awesome and the go-karts are like real-life Mario Kart. Couldn't recommend highly enough.



The slushies are also a delicious addition.

Great team here, also clean and spacious!! Had a party of 22 kids aged around 9 and they had the best time. ����

Brilliant! My daughter who is 8 and Autistic absolutely loves it here... the set up, the different areas, the slide... all brilliant! The music is low, the staff are friendly. This place is 10 levels above Oxygen & jump giants. Would recommend to anyone!

Another fantastic time at Flip Out. Really friendly team, couldn't be more helpful. Manager Joe is fantastic with children. The kids loved the go karting (slushes, ball pit, slide...). Really easy to get to, a few stops from Waterloo by train.

The kids love it but as an supervising adult this place is a real dive really dirty I'm currently sat surrounded by food and mess on the floor I ordered a panini that got forgotten about by the team it was found in the microwave when it finally was ready I was just handed the plate, no apology or even a napkin thus place is great for kids who like to jump but if your the adult brining the kids bring some company

Daughter throughly enjoyed herself, however majority of staff are miserable, i actually only saw two guys smile towards myself and others and have a happy attitude. The rest are only happy towards their own co-workers, stand there with miserable sour faces the rest of the time. Price does seem abit much for only an hour.

Just thought I'd come on and let you know about our experience we came on Thursday knowing it would be a busy day as it was school holidays but I didn't expect it to be as busy as this

We spend more time waiting to get on to bounce then we actually did bouncing we have been plenty of times before and never this busy ur only meant to let so many people in at at a time but definitely more then would it should be what happened to Health and safety more worried about taking money more like the place is dirty the staff are very rude I definitely won't be coming back and I will be happy to let others no about this experience

What’s the point of watching the video with all the rules at the beginning if everyone ignores it?? Kids/adults running around like headless chicken, double bouncing etc. I assume the staff should keep an eye out, but they somehow miss everything. They just could not care less... and have a good laugh with each other.

It was my first and last visit.

The experience started with the girl on reception too busy using her phone as a mirror to check us in. Then when the socks that we ‘had’ to buy (even thought we have socks from an alternative trampoline park) were too big for my son and the same ‘phone checking’ girl just snatched them back and threw a bigger pair at me as she was busy talking to a friend.

Once inside - it was disgusting- food everywhere - tables uncleared with old cups and plates. Also the tables at down low so you can see your kids when they go into the trampoline area.

Kids started their time slot but it was so over crowded they had to line up to get on the trampoline (not just the ones with the foam pit which I appreciate are popular) but just the standard bouncing ones. Kids just kept pushing in and the green hoody wearing staff just all stood in a group chatting by the taxi and not monitoring what was going on - thankfully there were no accidents!



Can only describe the place as the portal to hell and most definitely won’t be returning after our experience yesterday.

My young people were just told that they have to wear Flip out socks, otherwise they are not insured. Why does children and family just trying to have a break have to be used as a capitalistic opportunity?? Wearing equipment that does the same job, despite the brand shod not be an issue. This is very disappointing.
