Another great workshop by first time mosaicists!

At Cockshut Hill School the children made this mosaic ‘quilt’ in only an hour. They look really good I think.

Day 1 designing and making a brooch. Tricky using such small tiles. Used a great adhesive called Milliput, I think I shall be using it a lot.

Just started my weeks mosaic course in Ravenna, Italy. I have just visited the most wonderful Basilica with fantastic mosaics that are thousands of years old where they used marble and smalti. Absolutely stunning.

A garden pot with a mixture of stained glass and porcelain tiles. This is a gift for someone, hope they like it!

A lovely selection from today’s workshop, can’t wait to see them all grouted!
