Absolutely fabulous break in Wild Rose Lodge Just spent a fabulous weekend with family in Wild Rose Lodge celebrating a 60th birthday. All staff were great and a special thanks for the card, chocolates and prossecco. The lodge was perfectly clean and had everything we needed including a bbq and the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after being out for walks duri...ng the day. We will definitely be back and cannot recommend Flowery Dell highly enough for anyone wishing to have a relaxing break.
Again AMAZING having visited flowery dell on a few occasions i would once again like to thank the staff for a wonderful stay .we stayed in the 6 person wild cherry lodge and it was amazing.everything you need is in the lodge including hot tub bbq . Lovely lodges We’ve stayed here many times in different lodges . Especially at Christmas , decorated beautifully . Very one being spotless ., very equipped. We stay in the dog friendly ones and they never smell. Lovely walks in Richmond . Helpful staff / owners . Looking forward to our next stay . Would recommend to anyone ..

What a lovely place!... We booked this at the last minute and were lucky enough to stay at Oak Lodge. It is set in a very peaceful area, only about 12 or 13 other lodges. It was very clean and extremely well equipped. The hot tub was an absolute bonus. We enjoyed spending time in it under the stars at night. There are some lovely local walks and easy to get to Richmond. The two local pubs were really nice and the food there was good. It is set within easy reach of the Dales and beyond to the Lake District. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely break I think this was our 15th visit to Flowery Dell, and boy was it flowery! The daffs were glorious and looked beautiful. The immaculate grounds are a total joy to wander around, or just view from the veranda. Honeysuckle lodge was immaculate (as always), and provided everything we needed for a great few days R&R. While reading the tourist information provided we found a lovely walk along the banks of the Swale, the water is crystal clear and great for dogs and probably people in the summer. Richmond is a charming town, with several dog-friendly cafes, and a great deal of history. Already planning our next trip.....

We stayed in the mulberry lodge 25 th to 28 th April.

The lodge is fantastic with sauna,spa bath,hot tub and gas bbq.

So peaceful and quiet and all the lodges are well spaced apart.

You are surrounded by nature ,loads of rabbits and birds , unfortunately we did not see any deer.

A short walk or drive to the holly hill inn pub is highly recommended. Also dog friendly. The food is home cooked and is great. The locals and the landlady give us a good laugh with all the banter.

Will be returning to flowery dell in the future as we had a great time.nothing two much trouble.

We stayed in the Rowan lodge for our 1st wedding anniversary last weekend, the lodge itself was amazing it had everything you needed. We had a nice present of fiz, chocolates and a card from the staff which I thought it was such a nice touch. Hot tub was fab water was hot and cleaned twice a day. It was peaceful and relaxing. Richmond was only a 15 minute walk through the woods along the river. We enjoying it that much that we have booked again for next year.

Having done the anniversary weekend for many years we have stayed in Hotels, Cottages, Caravans and Lodges up and down the country Flowery Dell, The Lodge and the Facilities within the Lodge surpassed all our expectations if your looking for a peaceful and relaxing home from home break I highly recommend Flowery Dell...So Much So I'm already looking at next year

We stayed at the Oak lodge a few weeks ago and this place is definitely a 5 star.. the lodge was beautiful and amazingly good value.The attention to detail is great,from the brilliant welcome tray to the selection of dvds.

Fantastic friendly service.Fantastic spotlessly clean lodges and only a short ride from town.10/10 .. we have already booked our next visit here.Cant recommend enough �

This is the second time we have booked a week to stay in The Mulberry and we weren't disappointed. What surprised us was that they remembered that it was our Wedding Anniversary and subsequently a lovely bouquet of flowers and a card were here upon our arrival, along with chocolates and a bottle of prosecco. What we love about this lodge is that not only does it have a hot tub but, it also has a sauna, how cool is that! The surroundings are beautiful, quiet and private, exactly what's needed for a relaxing week. The lodge itself is so comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need....and more. What a fabulous place! We will definitely consider returning next year.

The lodges are absolutely brilliant we all wanted to stay. They are spotless, huge, home from home and idylic in beautiful Yorkshire. The hot tubs are fabulous. The highlight for me among the many many laughs was the peace ( at times lol ) with nature. There were owls galore which is my favourite bird. Deers too although gutted i personally didn't see. Also lots of rabbits. Our lodges Maple and Hazle are great as they situated right at the bottom, very private. This place is a hidden gem. Will definitely go back. Also do visit The Holly Hill Inn, a great and friendly local pub with superb home made food. About 10 minutes walk away. Also very dog friendly. Thank you for these lodges, ace.

Stayed at Flowery dell first week in sept 2017, one word FANTASTIC, the lodge was over looking woodland, loads of rabbits, squirrels wildlife etc, the owners have thought of everything within the lodge, my wife and i and our 3 little dogs loved it. May i suggest its worth a visit to Holly hIll inn for food and drink, It has been the most enjoyable and relaxing week at flower dell and thats due to the owners, keep up the good work

Our second stay in the Maple and having a great time! The lodge is immaculate, fully equipped and has all the special touches that make it luxurious! The staff are so welcoming and friendly and our daughter is over the moon she had a birthday present waiting for her and our dog loves the treats! We have already booked to return in the summer to finally make use of the BBQ!

Lovely weekend in one of the log cabins. It was my daughters birthday, and we found a bottle of non alcoholic fizz, card and a block of chocolate on arrival which she loved! The lodge has everything needed for a relaxing weekend away. We’ve had a great time and will no doubt be back.

Just returned from an amazing two night break at Flowery Dell (Maple lodge). The pictures of the lodges and 360 degree views on the website might look great, but still don't do them justice! Trust me when you see the lodges in the flesh you'll agree they exceed all expectations and are bigger and more spacious than they look online.



Our lodge was 'nipping clean' and well equipped for anything you might need during your stay. The hot tub was immaculate and having stayed in many locations with hot tubs I've seen both extremes and these tubs are very very well looked after.



The views are amazing from the lodges, rabbits running around day and night. The bedrooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was if both bathrooms had a shower. There is only one in the en suite and a bath in the other. For us, it wasn't much of a problem though so I'm not complaining at all.



We will 100% return here for more breaks. Give it a try...

A really lovely atmosphere. Surrounded by beautiful daffodils,new born lambs and rabbits. Owls at all times of day and night. Such a lovely place. Will definitely be back.

Just got back from a lovely 4 nights stay at the Hazel deluxe with my mum and cocker spaniel. We have been in our absolute element! The lodge itself is beautiful and has everything you'll ever need. All you need to take is your clothes and food! The grounds are gorgeous, and the wildlife was totally unexpected. Lots of rabbits, birds and squirrels around which was lovely to see. We had a squirrel that visited us regularly on our balcony, even stayed to play with my dogs toy! We enjoyed some nice local walks, and lots of relaxation in the hot tub. A perfect mother/daughter (and dog!) getaway. We will be back for sure. PS - Milo says thank you for the dog treats that were left for him. That was a nice touch!

If I could give 6 stars then I would!



I honestly think that this has been the loveliest UK break we've ever had!



We have just returned home from 6 nights in the Wild Cherry lodge and honestly, there is nothing that wasn't thought of; from hairdryers to board games and everything inbetween!



The care and helpfulness of the staff/owners was undoubtedly fantastic! On one occasion on Sunday my other half couldn't work the BBQ, and the lady on the out-of-hours number offered to leave her own lunch and get a taxi to our lodge (which we extremely gratefully declined) but this shows the lengths they will go to!



My only slight moan would be that the smaller bed had the more comfortable mattress (but this could be a matter of opinion!)



Thank you so much, we can't wait to book again!

Had our honeymoon in the whitebeam lodge, it was absolutely amazing! Will defo be comin bk for another visit, and can highly recommend the holly hill inn for food it was fantastic xx

Had an amazing stay in The Wild Rose lodge for my Birthday and wedding Anniversary with my husband daughter and basset hound would definitely recommend we were left a lovely bottle of prosecco chocs and a card., treats for the dog aswell we loved every minute the lodge was lovely and clean and very well equipped my daughter loved the hot tub which was always hot and checked twice a day we will miss sitting on the balcony looking at the bunnys and wild life we were lucky enough to see a fox and badger too hopefully we will be back soon thankyou for a lovely stay x�

Had a wonderful night here. Was a suprise 50th birthday treat and I wasn't disappointed. Highly recommend and will defiantly be back. Great for a romantic getaway or with friends and/or family💖

Absolutely incredible place.... me and my girlfriend stayed in Whitebeam lodge for 2 nights as a birthday surprise for her, and I left with my Fiancée � It couldn’t have been more of a perfect setting to pop the life changing question! Staff were so lovely and helpful too. No doubt we’ll be back again, maybe next time as a “Mini-moon” ���

Extra touches like a bottle of wine and chocolates on our arrival shows every thought had gone into making our stay memorable. The hot tub, sauna and lodge were imaculate. It's a spacious site and quiet which was just what we were looking for. The views were lovely and the beautiful weather was an extra bonus. Will definitely be coming here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for some quality family or me time.
