Customer service second to none. The team pulled out all of the stops to get my RedpaddleCo SUP delivered the next day (Saturday) and even called TNT back to store towards the end of the day to make it happen... which you can only do if you establish good relations. Tom and Dave were helpful, knowledgeable and kept me informed regularly. At a time when SUPs are in high demand, both my wife and I felt valued customers.

I had a lovely experience at Fluid lines when buying a SUP board, (during COVID-19) Dave & his son was fantastic & full of great advice. I have been back since to get other things such as rash vest, lifejacket, highly recommend this shop. 🤙🏄‍♂️
