The service provided by Folio Albums has been incredible, I ordered a 12x12 Fine Art Book Sample and the constant communication and level of customer service has never failed to be anything less than perfect.

THE BEST customer service I have seen by far. Everyone at Folio is lovely and very helpful, and go above and beyond for the photographers. Notwithstanding the excellent printing and products, simply the best customer service out there. Jess even checked the song lyrics that a client had supplied and found and corrected a mistake. I constantly check our products to make sure that our clients get the best quality products and nothing would make me change from Folio.

Nothing short of flawless.



I've used tons of the major names out there "Graphi" "Queensbury" to name but two, and without a doubt, FOLIO steals the show for me every time!



Everything from designing the album to the constant updates has been nothing short of perfection.



I've tried countless types, styles, brands of album and never really felt that excitement of opening the album and looking through it, I never felt the images really belonged or had purpose, until I started using Folio, It's without a doubt the best quality I have used and every single page feels like a work of art, I cannot express just how impressed I am with Folio and the fantastic people behind it!



You are an individual and I feel like I am cared about, that my album is as important to Folio as it is to me and my clients and this is probably why Folio are the best!



Every couple I have met since introducing these albums have been blown away, saying they haven't ever seen anything of the same quality or style.



Long gone are the days of super glossy photo albums, these albums are current, cool and trendy! And above all they will stand the test of time.



I had the opp to work with a different company offering a similar product at a cheaper cost, however I had no doubts about changing, I would rather work with a UK team, and I feel as cheesy as it might sound, that I can trust Folio to produce albums that are of the highest quality!!



I want to thank Jess in particular for all her hard work on the albums I have submitted, as I said you guys are fantastic to work with. My husband's sample albums got stolen recently and once Folio found out they insisted on replacing them all free of charge. Business with a heart. Highly recommend.

I've ordered a couple of times and was never disappointed. The quality is amazing, the print colours vivid! It's a pity that they only have matte papers for the Fine Art Book - I love them, too - but some couples want satin or pearl paper. Support is excellent!

I would like to thank the team at Folio Albums, who went above and beyond in getting my sample albums to me. I was in a rush to get them, and I must say they delivered. The quality of the albums is excellent, and after having them for a week, i have had some really good feedback. I got a 10x10 and 12x12 album with fine art white paper. Everyone who looked at it, said they loved the paper and had an urge to stroke it. The presentation was great as well, and solidly packaged so it was delivered in excellent condition. I would highly recommend Folio albums to anyone looking for an album supplier

I met with Becky at Folio HQ in August to discuss Folio Albums products and what they can offer a business. I must say that she was absolutely amazing and the fact she know each product information off by heart was mind blowing as they offer so much! It's all high quality and luxurious. I decided to place a sample order of a 6x6 fine art album and a trio portfolio which I picked up from Folio HQ. Upon collection, I was greeted with a canvas bag with both of my orders, which I didn't expect both to be ready, so it was a lovely surprise! In the canvas bag was my items both packaged up so well, neat and tidy! I didn't expect my Portfolio to be packaged up as it was, so again it was a lovely surprise! Upon opening my sample album, there was a handwritten envelope to myself, and all the information that was needed for the album's care. I've attended a couple of wedding fayre's recently and both items were given such lovely compliments! I have also ordered some of Folio Albums 'loan products', which I think is an amazing items!
