He was polite, put up with all my questions and answered them in a speedy manner, I would definitely recommend fonehouse to friends. What a rubbish customer service had phone delivered on Friday afternoon by Friday night wouldn't work arsey bloke in customer service says I have to they need to send a bag out for me to send back then send out new one so would be without phone for about 5 days they would not let the local shop swop the unit even though it was less than 24 hours old so they can have it back and I've cancelled my contract think I will go to someone who is well known and have a decent customer service

Took my I phone 6 to the Woking store a few weeks ago with a cracked screen and now the camera and flash like doesn't work, went into the shop and put the blame on us , so now been to the Apple Store and have proof it was fone shops fault,

Service at beginning great...was promised £60 cash back and never got it even though they took my bank details I won't be shopping with fine house again!

Really bad customer service. Took my card details to setup a new direct debit but never actually set it up. Only realized when EE sent me a letter saying I hadn't paid my last 2 bills. No doubt they will now try to refuse my cashback due to late payment, even though I gave them the details to set it up. Will not be using this company again and would certainly not recommend.

Ordered a phone listed as in stock 3 weeks ago for next day delivery. Contacted almost immediately to be told it wasn't in stock but they'd let me know as soon as it was. Four phone calls later, each time to be told a different story about why it hadn't been dispatched (it system down, stock expected at the weekend, in stock and allocating for dispatch later today, and all items allocated but should have more tomorrow) I had to give up. Very friendly customer service people but no confidence that they have any accurate information. Only one experience, but based on what I experienced I'd avoid these jokers like the plague!

I took my Sony Z3 into fonehouse Kilburn to have it's screen replaced. I have been really disappointed with the service that I have received and the quality of their work (the replacement screen that they used on my phone was faulty). For a relatively simple job, I have had to return several times to have their repair corrected. Now having spent a week being fobbed off, I have given up trying to have the screen that they botched up corrected. After the experience I've had I would neither use fonehouse again or recommend them. They did give me the cheapest quote, and I have learnt that you get what you pay for.

I paid £29 for my upgrade about a month ago. I chased up as I had received no phone and customer services said they would get the Manchester office to call me. They didn't. Now I can't get them to talk to me - I've waited up to 30 minutes, on hold, when I've called. All I want is my money back!!!!! I'll never use them again!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted in this company. They rang my father in law and misold him a contract phone. I have sent this phone back and all I want is confirmation that this contract has been cancelled! I have been on hold now for near enough 2 hours on 3 different phones to 3 different numbers!! Funnily enough when I ring the sales number someone answers straight away but she couldn't help me and put me in yet another queue! I want someone to contact me ASAP regarding this otherwise I will have no choice but to take this matter further.

Got a call for an upgrade, waited 7 days for delivery then the wrong phone arrived, now I've got to send it back and wait however long for them to receive it and re deliver the right phone, bad company.

Garbage delivery service, in UK mail limbo where I doubt I'll ever be able to get my phone.

Lied saying it would be delivered on a Saturday, lied saying it would be left at my local post office. If you're ordering just for the next day delivery service I wouldn't bother.

EE very bad company I had a sim only contract and was going well for a bit till suddenly I noticed I was paying phone bills in excess of £250.00 for 4months I paid this then on the 5 month it jumped again to £350.00 I got to query in it and wa told it was because of some third party company which I know nothing of and asked for it to be removed from my account I was told this could not be done even though I didn't know who or how this company had got to my account without my permission so I refused to pay the bill until it was sorted out and my bill back to normal and I also had a 100 pounds limit on my bill not to go over that amount

Do not touch this company with someone elses barge pole. They cheat and lie. They have told me 5 seperate times how they have cancelled my upgrade with EE they havent. You are going to wish you messed with someone else Fonehouse as im nit going to stop untik everyone know what a disgraceful company you are

Auto cashback is a lie they don't pay out the they just make excuses when it clearly states on my contract my final call made today I was informed there was an issue raising the check and they will re raise again and I should receive in January lol I believe it when I see it!! Breach of contract! I'm sure we will be seeing you on watchdog or even still no doubt you have been telling all customers the same as you are going bust!!@

Absolutly furious at lack of comunication between fonehouse and EE



Waited for over a month for delivery of a new handset which I inevitably cancelled and I am now being charged for 2 contracts because of incompetence of fonehouse not contact in EE to confirm cancellation of delivery and contract



After 3 months I can't cancel with EE directly and after sending several emails I'm still waiting to hear anything back from fonehouse!



I wouldn't never recommend anyone to use your services
