So @footlocker a 14yr old boy Luke Denny approached your staff today ... concerned that a group of adult black men were trying to mug him .. their response ' take it outside' subsequently they dragged him off punched him & robbed items of clothing . where is your duty of care ????

Everyone knows how much I buy from here. But ordered a jacket online and got sent wrong one. Took back to shop and made to wait half hour while made to feel like had stollen it. Manager walks off and doesn't tell us what he's doing. Not happy. Jeremy

Can you tell someone in your Manchester store to answer the phone please. Your general customer service is appalling.

Bought these a pair of Nike air max tns for £145 colour green and only where them weekend and they have cracked on the grips and rubber coming away so after 2days I took them back to footlocker the manager didn't want to no said I no you have had them two days but you have worn them never shop there again so un professional and don't give a shit once they have your money
