Footeprints

1 star is too high for the performance they did today. Sent an email with measurements for my pictures to be printed off. When I went to collect them they were way to big for what I asked for despite the fact that I had told them several times the sizes and what I was going to do with these pictures. They completely ignored me when I was talking to them, and did not show me all the sizes of the pictures on the screen before they printed it of. When they are about to put the pictures into the paper bag, I see how they are not the size I asked and tell the woman this. She gets all moody and prints it off yet again way to big, and again didn't show me what they looked like on the computer first and charges me extra for her mistakes. I had had enough and so walked out the shop. Now they have lost a customer and the pictures are now going to have to be ruined. What a shame.

The printer went wrong, and I had a deadline. Easy in those circumstances to get flustered and make mistakes, could easily have been a 'more haste the less speed' situation. But the atmosphere at Footeprints was calm and relaxed. I stood at their counter, emailed my work to them, they printed it and I was happy. They even stayed open past their usual closing time so that I could finish what I was doing. Greatly appreciated. I thoroughly recommend this place - they sell reasonably priced stationery as well.
