Was like heaven...I had to look away and run to cash point to avoid buying anything else (Spent almost £100 ) xD � will pay another visit surely !!

Fantastic store, the staff are always helpful and friendly. A must visit for Pop Funko fans!

Always come away with something new, the store and staff are great. Never had a bad time there and my lil girl is always looking at the displays and toys.

Saw some reviews on Google saying the staff were unfriendly/uninterested. I had a different experience, I had a nice conversation with a lady who worked there an the dude who helped out my buddy seemed fine too. Cool atmosphere, the music doesn't suck either

I always look forward to visiting this shop, friendly helpful staff and a great atmosphere.



However be wary if ordering online as had damaged goods sent out, had it refunded and was told that it was the last one in stock and had no others to send out.



In short, visit an actual shop, browse talk and have fun.

Store is fine but no information on websites to say they're doing a stock take all day so can't actually get to the main stock of books. We only came to Southampton to treat ourselves but wasted journey and wasted high price parking. We'll be back but need some actual info!

I love Forbidden Planet, but I brought a book which was £67.99 however a couple of hours later I saw on their website the same book at £46.99. I returned to the store and ask if I could return it and buy it online. I was told their don't do returns unless fault. I think that is crazy when I hadn't opened it, it was still in the sealed wrapper.

Disgusted by the service I received today. My extremely shy and socially awkward daughter was made to feel like a criminal for trying to buy goods with Scottish bank notes. She lives in Aberdeenshire and has been saving her money for weeks, looking forward to visiting this store. She nervously approached the sales counter with three Batman figures costing £60, but instead of happily paying for her items, she was quizzed as to the legality of the notes. Obviously, she didn't know how to respond and looked around confusedly. Despite assurances from the store's own security guard (who couldn't have been more helpful), that the notes were perfectly legal, the assistant phoned the store manager, who told him not to serve my daughter as they might be forgeries! The manager didn't have the courtesy to speak to us himself/herself. My daughter, who had to be cajoled by me to pay for the goods herself in the first place as I am trying to increase her confidence, left the store in tears. Upsetting experience all round...we won't be going back. Ever.

Complete lack of customer service. Not interested in what the customer wants. The management of this store has changed for the worse and with it the attitude towards their customers. I would recommend you avoid at all costs, take your money and your business elsewhere.
