Great beer. Friendly staff. Good value.

Great place for a real ale fan quite basic but worth a visit. I tried two beers a golden bitter that was outstanding and an IPA that was very good but not perfect. The guy that runs it knows his stuff and much of his sales are at the door. This is a real micro brewery and that is why I gave it 4 stars. They sometimes have music ....but not at my visit. You van actually see the brewing in progress which is a plus and you can buy bottles kegs and polypins.
