Popped in today and got ourselves a beautiful leather sofa. Amazing place and fantastic cause. The staff are wonderful, we had a lovely natter. We will be returning for some more great recycling for a fab charity. ���

Great place. Got a carrier bag full of goodies - some brand new for a fiver. Lovely staff. Got lost finding it so rang up and got brill directions. What a big shop too, our little one loved running around to find herself new toys. It's dressed just lovely for Christmas too.

Great place to go, always pop in to see what stock is in. Got majority of my furniture for my new house. Lovely staff and are always helpful and polite :-)

We couldn't find it so called the store, a lady helpfully directed us and stood outside so we could see where it was. Then things got weird, after gesturing towards a car parking space (that was designated for the next business) she went back inside, every room we looked in we were followed by two members of staff. I'm not sure if they thought we were shop lifters but it was very strange. My friends little boy was playing on a keyboard when a woman rather rudely shouted "can you stop your child" . I hadn't seen a sign saying don't touch but anyway. We found the toy section and yet again were followed in by two staff. One was bustling about close to my daughter who was looking at the toys (which were overpriced for a charity shop). It was when she asked my four year old to move that we decided we were obviously not welcome in the store and left. I've never had such an awful experience in a charity shop before. I think we'll stick with our local ones in the future.

Was great while taking a deposit as was moving home but sold sofa to someone else without any contact what so ever and got told "nothing I can do about it " very disrespectful will not be returning
