Absolutely loved it, nothing bad to say about it, you can hire a bike for a week and travel anywhere in the forest on it, no signal on your phone which is even better

Amazing! Such lovely friendly staff! Tip: everything they supply is top quality. Logs, food packs. You can maybe get cheaper elsewhere but you realise it's not overpriced. It's better quality.

We have been to Keldy many times over the past 10 years but this last weekend was a bit of a disappointment. Cabins and location are wonderful as usual but we experienced some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced in the cafe. The lady was abrupt and very rude and made you feel like you were an inconvenience to her. Only three tables in use but she couldn't cope and people had to ask where there food was after more than 30 mins. Then the waitress and cook came out and stood over the family justifying the delay. It was awful to watch.

To be fair the young manager we spoke to in the shop was really helpful and pleasant. It's a shame one person can ruin your experience and a companies reputation.

Been here several times for short weekends. It's a great place to stay, very secluded, great for families. The cabins are really warm and welcoming, there's an the amenities you need including TV and WiFi (WiFi costs extra but it's a reasonable price). Great place for going on walks in the woods and cycle rides. There's also a shop and café that services the cabins as well.

We stayed in a Silver Birch (middle level of luxury). Site was lovely and appeared well kept. The site shop was full of lovely trinkets. The restaurant take away service is a great idea. The recycling system was very confusing with different bags and bins and colours and the information wasn't consistent so we didn't know what to put where.

Just had a long weekend in one of these beautiful log cabins with my family i think its safe to say we all fell in love with the place (even the teenagers 🤤) we did archery, zip wire and the night vision ranger walk all which was great fun, bike hire is great if you are fit (very hilly)and of course the hot tub which is checked and maintained daily, already saving to go back , really relaxing 🖒

Just got back from Keldy Forest Holidays stayed in cabin 53, husband developed rashes on body so we had to get an emergency doctors appointment for when we got home. They did change the bed lining when we informed the staff but husband slept on the sofa, as he found a used bed wetting pad on the bed he slept on and sure it was the bed. When we got home, Doctors told us it was bed bug bites and should call the cabins, which I called them twice to speak to an manager. They failed to call back until I called the second time asking them to pass me to the manager. Then the manager called back within minutes to inform me they locked the cabin after my first call to the cabins, and will get pest control next week. I am so disappointed to hear after the first call they didn't call me back and waited until I called the second time. It's our first time at the cabins, we have a toddler and I'm pregnant too, it is not what we want for a short break. Really really disappointed, will not be going again.

Location was beautiful. Secluded cabins with a nice layout, however there was an issue with general housekeeping e.g. cobwebs, fixtures slightly pulled away from the walls and a mouldy fridge which stunk! Definitely not luxury however the location was.

Cosy place to stay, only problem we had was a blocked shower drain that was soon sorted the following morning. Really nice area to walk around too for hiking and plenty of activities to do (admittedly we didn't take any of these options and prefers to travel around the moors and seaside).

Absolutely fantastic few days away and the log cabins are a very high standard, every single one of the staff could not do any more to be friendly, I would definitely recommend this place for either families, couples or groups, great UK holiday.

Can't recommend it highly enough. This is my 4th visit, over 3 sites. Each time the log cabins feel brand new, they are so well looked after. The staff are fantastic. So friendly and really add to the overall experience. A perfect get away for a chill out or activity holiday, for all ages.
