Just a few tips for looking after your children’s teeth this Easter from us all at Forest House! 😁 Ensure chocolate is kept to mealtimes. 🍫 It is not always the case of how much chocolate your child consumes, but mainly how often that causes oral health problems. By keeping the chocolate to mealtimes, means that the teeth can be cleaned after, preventing cavities which could be caused by sugar! ☀️🌈 Give your child a glass of water after eating chocolate. ... This will help to produce salvia in the mouth, which will help to rinse away any plaque, bacteria and debris. A glass of water also doesn’t contain any sugar, so is the healthiest option for your child to drink whilst washing down their Easter egg.🐇 Why not send us a picture of you with your Easter eggs & tag us #Foresthousedental🤩

Did you know? Every 10 minutes a child in England has a rotten tooth removed due to preventable decay. Taking a little trip to the dentist with your baby, even before their teeth come through, can help you develop healthy dental routines as early as possible. Don’t forget, children are seen for free at NHS dentists, as well as pregnant women and new mums for a year after birth. https://www.foresthousedental.co.uk/nhs-d ental-care-leicest…

Our lovely patient came to see Dr Patel as she was unhappy with her old veneers and wanted a fresh looking smile. As a public speaker this was something important to her to have a smile she felt comfortable with. Dr Patel gave the patient the smile she wanted by replacing the old veneers and whitening her teeth.🦷 You can see from the photo's below how happy she is with her new smile 😁
