This is a great place for peace and quiet with great walks through the woods. Good staff and facilities and a Very warm welcome at the clubhouse. Highly recommend to anyone

Reasonably priced for pitching a tent, staff were fantastic and helped with any issues (our lead couldn't reach the hook up so they moved us with no questions asked) lovely on site pool which was warm, floats available and lovely member of staff

The website for this resort is excellent however the expectation was perhaps too high. Clean facilities but very hilly site - book in advance if you know where you want to be otherwise you will be put wherever, and get your injections before going into pool. Cafe and pub is nice, entertainment, etc. but I am convinced there are better parks out there in Norfolk for the price.

Nice park and location with very friendly helpful staff.
Our issue with the park was the fact we stayed there for the facilities ie the swimming pool which on the first day we arrived we were informed was shut when we got there, the second day we had planned to go swimming in the afternoon and where again informed it was shut at 11am and on our final day it was also shut in the afternoon. This was blamed on issues with a lifeguard who had apparently been unreliable all summer so in my opinion it should have been dealt with or advertised as morning swimming only and we wouldn't have booked.
Our second issue was with the wigwam "package"
The pods themselves where comfortable and had great facilities in a nice spot for the kids.
I feel when paying £90 a night then the very basic utensils we payed extra for should be supplied as should some bedding which we opted out for as it would have added an extra £50 on our stay.
I realise this is a separate business from the park but as a whole we felt we had overpaid for what we got.

This place is wonderful the pitches are roomy and it is totally relaxed. We brought our 6,5,4 year old grandchildren for a three day break and there was lots to do on site and a mile walk to the beach. The facilities are beautifully clean and the shop is well stocked , from the moment we got here until we left we felt cared for. Security comes round and reception were stars. Would we come again? Absolutely and my daughter who dropped the boys off is going to book as well .

Been coming here for 3 years always come back. The pitches for tents and caravans are a very fair size for any type and size of tent/caravan. Great service and since the children's play area has been updated it is also great for the kids. The swimming pool is medium size with a little paddling pool for the little ones. Overall it's a perfect getaway for the family with everything you need either on site or just down the road in Cromer.
