Local to London inner city life, but in the middle of Epping forest, and a stones throw from good quality out of town residential leafy neighborhoods of Woodford, Buckhurst hill and Wanstead.also only a mile from Europe,s longest market of Walthamstow! Amazing playing fields that would do justice to a County team, and the cloisters chapel and dining hall justice to English heretige buildings!
