Forget Me Not Country Park

My rewiew is of the touring section. We have been a few times and allways enjoyed this park. Now however as a touring site it is rubbish most pitches have permanent tourers on them the 4 or 5 that are left are what nobody wants as no tv reception at all.we arrived on a friday night as did 2 other vans either side of us. None of us could get tv and the other two left the next morning. Dissapointing as this used to be a fantastic perk.

Wonderfully modern park with club house, shop and we'll sited mobile homes.

Lovely, clean campsite with outstanding facilities.

One of the best campsite I have stayed in that's why we now have a seasonal pitch there

Great place to stay. Nice and relaxing. Good parl for the kids.

Great site, brilliant facilities in the bar etc, great for kids. Pitches could be better for tourers as slightly too small and gravel too soft caravans hard to manoeuvre

New clubhouse which is lovely. No dogs allowed and you can only sit out the back with the screaming kids with no covered in area. Clubhouse very noisy until 11pm which can be heard from the touring site.
Toilets are pretty much rotten. Blocked most of the time, no toilet roll and smell disgusting. Showers are ok except the horrible shower curtain sticks to you. Not good. Would not revisit.

Beautiful well kept site. Fab club house but at £29 per night for tourer you would expect constant electricity.

Went for Sunday lunch always greeted with smiles off the staff they are a lovely bunch the food is delicious and the staff are so attentive to the customers well done xx

This is now in private hands and pricey. Owners were out when we checked in early evening. On-site pub/restaurant manageress helped us pitch in. Very good facilities but don't forget your 'blipper' to get in. No dogs in eatery sadly and extractors are a bit noisy till late. Otherwise quiet enough and well set up. Handy location 15 mins from towns, coast and Cragside. Well worth a stay.
