Excellent service, good price, very accommodating and they have done up their waiting room so it's nice to wait in!

Took my car in to have a fan belt fitted, I provided all the details required include size and serial numbers of the old but the incompetent staff ignored this and ordered the wrong sized belt 3 times. They then also neglected to fix the issue that caused by previous fan belt to rip itself up blaming it on an OEM waterpump which after getting a second opinion was caused by an idler being misaligned (this is supposed to be checked on ANY fan belt refit).

I was charged £105 for them to do nothing, I literally left with the old fan belt cut up and hanging off.

The mechanic also claimed a pipe in the cooling wasn't secured and pointed me to the fact that there was a pool of water under the car.... yet not a single drop from where I parked the car or leading up to the ramp. This same pipe they "fixed" broke 2 days later despite the pipe being brand new.

I called up to report these issues and was promised a refund within a week and here I am 3 weeks later without anything. The mechanic Gary was very friendly but clearly has no idea what the hell he is doing if he can't even fit a fan belt or align a cog. These people are thieves, avoid.

As usual, the staff were friendly & helpful. The price of the tyres, which I had ordered on line, was excellent. The waiting room and customer toilet were clean & comfortable. (It was nice to be able to sit and watch Saturday morning TV for an hour!). In my view this is the best tyre shop in Norwich. As I do a lot of miles I will no doubt be back soon. Thank you.

I trust these people they tell you what's required, get the parts at a very reasonable cost and keep the labour very realistic. Cannot fault their knowledge or the customer service, they keep me informed and go the extra mile.

This was the first time I had used Formula One for Tyres and I found them very professional and especially ultra competitive in the prices. Ordered and paid online and found everything very easy to process. would highly recommend Formula One and will use them in future.

My first experience and probably last. No point in booking in appointment in advance as they won't have time to do your job when they seppouse to.
Bought 2 tyres online on friday and booked fitting in on Wednesday. When arrived I have been told they won't be able to do it for me as they are fully booked. No apologies or anything. I felt I've been treated as burden. I asked about next day and been told once again same thing that they are fully booked. So I asked about Friday and have been told if come after 3 o'clock but not later than 4 they will do it.
I'm not happy. I won't come back or recommend it!!

In my experiences with F1 they have been superb.

First was an oil leak. They diagnosed a bad filter and resolved it. When I later noticed some oil pooling under the car they took it back in (turns out the oil was just some overspill) and cleaned the engine bay free of charge.

Later on I went to have the faulty air conditioning sorted. They theorised that it was either the clutch in the compressor (which I didn't want to spend the money to fix) or it needed a re-gas. They said if the re-gas didn't work they would fully refund me the cost, and they stuck to this promise when it turned out to be the compressor at fault.

Update: Took my car in for an MOT last weekend, very professional service and cheap too at £35.

Booked an MOT using a flash sale code. Great price and great service. The mechanic took the time to fully explain a few advisory points by pointing things out whilst my car was still on the ramp. Will definitely use Formula One again.
