I wrote to customer services about my damaged bag on Monday 23rd October 2017 - it's now Friday 27th October and I still haven't heard back from them.

I bought a gift for a close friend and the member of staff wrapped it for me. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The gift was a quality item and the price very reasonable. I recommend fully.

Nice staff with quality products, but too expensive for me at the moment.

As of right now, they are undergoing a "staff revamp", and contacting the manager was rather difficult.

All of the products are very well made, however they come with a fair price.
