FotoPlus totally saved the day for me today. I had ordered some booklets online which were needed for a fundraising event I was organising later the at morning. The booklets did not arrive on time which was a nightmare.! FotoPlus dropped everything to help get the booklet printed on time for the event and did it with skill and patience. Thank you for stepping into the breach FotoPlus, so grateful!

If I could give zero stars then I would. I went in to have a photo printed and framed as a gift. On giving my order I was not informed that my photo image was actually bigger than a standard size so they cropped it without asking me. I spent 15 minutes waiting for the employee to print because she was having issues with the printer and then spent 10 mins talking to her boss about her rota.



Then when it came out it was darker than my original. I took it all home so I could double check but when I looked again at the photo on my computer the issues were clear.



On returning to the shop I was confronted by a very rude woman who was immediately defensive. She told me she couldn't return the frame because it had been "used" (I'm sorry, but I'm not sure how a frame can be considered "used", it's not an item of clothing) despite it being in the original packaging. She did say she would refund the print (so the absolute minimum cost).



Unfortunately my receipt was not returned to me when I handed it in to pick up my picture so I was told to come back when the girl that did it was back in the shop which was a blatant way for her to get me out without at all attending to my complaint.



I had previously used this shop for all my photos needs but will never come back again. I am disgusted by the treatment I received.



I have since gone to Snappy Snaps in Goodge Street who do a fantastic job and provided me with excellent service. The photo now looks as intended.
