This workshop will teach you how to stretch effectively with the aid of a massage ball. Fascial stretching can increase flexibility, improve range of motion and significantly aid recovery. Plus it's super relaxing - what more could you want on a Saturday!

This is my new favourite place. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the classes are the funnest I've ever done. Fave classes are Barre with Nia and Florence and Rave with Frankie. ďż˝

My first time here today, when I attended the Jane Fonda fitness workshop, which was super fun and Ianthe Mellors is a superb instructer. Very good, cool and fun vibe to the place. Staff are very friendly and nice studios and facilities. I love the look of so many classes here I will definitely return, and look forward very much to doing so.

User

Motivating, friendly instructors. Fantastic classes; I always feel great after and pleased I turned up.

LOVE Frame. Felt immediately at home and loved the vibe. Not your typical boutique. Get along‼️See you again.

I've been going to Frame classes for a while now and would recommend them to anyone looking for a fun, motivational hard working class. The instructors are brilliant, really starting to see the results Top classes for me Barre & Cardio Kettlebells

I am obsessed with Frame. Ever since I started attending regularly a year ago, I don't think a week has gone by that I've not been in the studios. I love how each class makes me feel so much that the day is not complete without a class! I've taken everything-- Barre, Body, Total Body, Box Fit, Box Train, Cardio Barre, Frame Cardio, Dance Cardio, Music Video-- you name it! The instructors are brutal, but you love them when your jean size goes down! Huge shoutout to my favs: Gede, Diana, Ianthe, Keith, Andrew, Robb, and quite frankly everyone. Every single employee is warm and welcoming. Frame is the kind of place that helps you love your body while making it stronger - and it's so much fun you don't even realise it! I'll never need another gym in my life!

The price is a bit steep... but I go so often that it does make it worthwhile. Facilities could use an upgrade, but I can't tear myself from the OG Shoreditch studio where it's a bit difficult for them to renovate (as compared to the sparkly new Kings X studio!). Would be nice for members to not have to pay for towels though... just a thought ;)

User

Awesome! I had a blast in Wednesday's evening Vinyasa yoga class with Kat leading. The challenge was so great that I figured since I was already at limits, I'd try pushing myself to do some balancing postures that I normally would never attempt. I'm horrible at balance, but somehow I found myself inspired to throw caution into the wind and actually not worry about doing stuff like crow poses. Thank you.

I’ve been with FRAME for 3 months now and my favourite yoga instructor is David Kam. Before my membership, I hadn’t actually exercised regularly in over 4 years, but his classes have since motivated me to do so.

David sessions don’t feel like a workout but at the end of class, I tend to have that loose muscle-y feeling you get when you’ve gone through a good workout! David sets himself apart of other instructors by always managing to inject pieces of fun and humour into his sessions. I also noticed how I was able to retain a positive zen feeling throughout the rest of my day after David’s classes.

I have to say, I also prefer the classes and studio in general in Kings Cross over the ones in Shoreditch.

User

I've been to Box Fit @ KX & Box Train tonight @ Shorditch. Both brilliant especially tonight's class, great music, lights off, amazing instructor ďż˝ I'm pretty fit but I'm currently dying... in a good way ďż˝

User

Good variety of classes, fun environment. But the yoga room can get a bit damp because of the brick wall. And the changing room are not up to the standard of other fitness places that share similar prices. Not recommended for boys...can feel quite intimidating to be surrounded by so many girls in the class.

User

Does anyone else have ongoing problems with their website, which makes it hard to book classes or amend schedule?

As a member who pays ÂŁ110 a month, you would think that I deserve a functioning website. The classes are good, lots of variety and good teaching. Shame that I can't book them as the website is down or my account inaccessible.

I have raised this issue since I joined, over a year ago and nothing has been fixed. I have contacted the membership team over 20 times, asked to speak to a real person, but they don't seem to consider this a priority. As a result, I am now paying the membership fee but unable to book classes.

User

Shoreditch FRAME- I was very disappointed. The class i attended had far too many people in it for the room. There were so many people that you kept having to readjust your arms and legs to ensure you didn't whack someone! The whole experience was very impersonal and not pleasant - you could tell most of the other attendees were not happy and irritable at having to queue to get in, queue to get a spot and then not be free to move around.

The changing rooms were small with three small showers: most investment having been assigned to the reception.

I regret purchasing a FRAME card now.

User

My one annoyance is the expiration of the Frame card. I thought the dance classes were fun, but because of my work schedule and because the classes weren't always on at the same times I wasn't always able to attend classes. This of course caused my card to expire meaning I lost the money on it. I don't think the card should expire from the last time you put money on it, it should expire from the last time you went to a class. Also, there should be various minimum amounts you should be allowed to put on the card, not just ÂŁ50 being the minimum. But I guess that's just my opinion.

User

I agree with the last customer who posted: there are some strong classes at Frame - good variety and some excellent teachers - but the overall experience is just average (poor changing and shower facilities) and the client service is poor. I had a similar experience regarding amount on my account that expired while I was abroad and I found the staff particularly unhelpful.

There are so many great studios to choose from now in London, so I would expect client service to be more a priority.

User

Had a very disappointing experience recently which has put me off Frame. I booked my normal class but on a different day than usual and put it in my calendar, but got the time wrong by 15 mins. I arrived 10 mins late for the class (thinking I was 5 mins early), and was told I was too late for the class, "sorry about that" and literally turned away.

I've been going to Frame for YEARS.

I understand that they have rules and cut off times, but it would have cost them absolutely nothing to offer me an unbooked slot in one of the next classes of that morning! It was not a busy time of day, and I have been a long time loyal customer who has never gotten the time wrong before.

As I said, it would have cost them nothing to make the offer. But instead it cost them a customer!

I have been a Frame Shoreditch member since it opened in 2010, but ended my membership last month due to the studio really going downhill and joined Blok Shoreditch up the road a few mins walk away from Frame Shoreditch.

Frame managemnet it's time to "up your game" because there is a new fitness studio Blok Shoreditch. Don't just take my word for it check out the bad reviews on Class Pass about your studio!

Blok has a much easier to use website, with just one step instead of 5 steps to book a class. Their front desk staff are extremely customer focused, friendly and helpful ..wow what a concept being customer focused instead of frame front desk staff who are apathetic, snooty and unhelpful ( of course there are some exceptions) . Blok studios are actually clean with no dust or dirty mats and new equipment..unlike frame studios which are dirty and dusty. Plus there have decent showers and changing rooms..unlike France's disgusting and tiny changing rooms and poor water pressure. Classes are not packed to capacity for profit, and instructors can pay attention to your form. Interestingly a lot of the Frame Shoreditch top instructors prefer Blok too because they are teaching classes there.. It's a shame Frame management /owners don't care about their members just profit despite the slick wording/ marketing . They don't even survey members unless they leave.

User

Guys, seriously, please do something to fix your website or create an app!! As if one wasn't already put off enough by the fact that the standard of the studio facilities is waaaay below that of most studios available on Classpass, 99% of the time it is also impossible to book! You still have some great classes and instructors... please do something about your booking system (and cleaning/changing room standards, whilst you're at it)

User

Cancelling a class and not getting a refund is poor service. I can see that's the way people make some extra cash in London but I don't find that fair. So, am I able to cancel online my class but I am not able to reschedule it online?

I've got the reply that if I emailed or called, then I could have changed the class on the same day without extra costs. Then why do you have an online booking system? Make all the bookings either via e-mail or calls.

Also, why should I cancel it and give the opportunity to you to actually double book a place? I will just not show up next time.
