A rainbow baby is a baby born after a loss - a miscarriage, still birth or a neonatal death. Last month I posted that I would gift a newborn session to a rainbow baby, well here he is - little Freddie, five days old. He’s certainly brought a rainbow after the storm with him!

Hey! Sorry I’ve been so quiet lately - I’ve had time off with my family for the Easter break and I’m now getting house ready for a new little puppy that will be joining us in a few weeks. Who wants to see puppy photos when she comes home with us?! Here’s a sneak peek when we went to see her last week. Five weeks old 🐶🥰

Happy Mother’s Day to you all. My beautiful daughters Mother’s Day present to me was letting me take photos of her and get creative. It’s not all newborns around here!

A few days late for the start of spring, I wanted to make sure babies parents had had their gallery and prints - but look at this beautiful little fawn!
I'm thinking about offering an hour long newborn session for those that would just like this style of print, or maybe the bee or teddy on a shelf. You'd receive the digital and a fine art print on watercolour paper - baby would be wrapped or in a romper, no parent or siblings shot just a pose on the beanbag for a composite image.

Love getting images of the new family, and isn’t this little family gorgeous?!

New flooring 😍 I’ve had a shift around in the studio and I now have this amazing wooden backdrop that I can stack out of the way when it’s not needed and it’s cream on the other side. Best thing - it’s solid.

We took our baby daughter for a newborn shoot with Fran and can't find fault with anything! She was brilliant not only with our baby but also our very inquisitive two year old daughter, very patiently answering all her questions. Very helpful with all my messages and enquiries over the last couple of months too. We absolutely love the photos we got from the shoot and hope to go back for a cake smash for Elodies first birthday!!!

We had a newborn photo shoot with Fran when Blake was only a couple of weeks old. Fran was so patient and gentle with Blake (and us!) She gave us lots of time to feed Blake and settle him so we could get the shots we wanted and was very calm when Blake had an accident (or 3!) whilst we were getting the naked baby poses. We never felt rushed or under any pressure and this helped us all to feel calm and relaxed. The photos Fran took were incredible. We purchased so many and they are now displayed all over our house. We whole heartedly recommend Fran to anyone looking for a newborn photoshoot in a friendly and relaxed environment.

We cannot recommend Fran high enough!! Absolutely stunning photographs creating beautiful memory keepsakes we will treasure forever.



We wanted to incorporate our hobbies too (my horse and powerboat racing) into the photoshoot of our baby boy and Fran took on this challenge for us and did this beautifully with my saddle and my husbands tools! Totally AWESOME and unique photographs which mean the world to us!!

We also had some gorgeous sibling photos and we all had such a great time.



Fran is such a friendly, happy and very very patient lady who very carefully and gently helped us to manoeuvre our little boy so she could capture the perfect photographs, whilst he had a lovely morning nap!



We will be back for our little boys 1st Birthday cake smash to capture some more beautiful memories.

We came to Fran for a newborn photo shoot and it was brilliant, she made both us and our newborn daughter feel very at home.

She was also really accommodating with our 3 year old daughter that had come along too, and also managed to capture some beautiful shots of them both together which we hadn't expected but we're so pleased with.

Being a mum of 6, Fran also had lots of great baby advice! Overall it was a lovely relaxed way to spend the afternoon with your newborn and the photos that she captured were simply gorgeous. Would highly recommend.

We bought our 3 week old daughter to meet Fran for a photo shoot after finding her on Facebook. To say she was amazing is an understatement.... If there were more stars I'd give her them all. She was relaxed, happy to wait for our baby to settle (which took over an hour!) and persevered until she got all the shots she wanted. I can safely say that my daughter probably made her work harder than any baby ever has before and the results were breathtaking! So much so I bought every single one. If you are thinking about having a shoot for your child seriously use Fran!! No question

Our daughter has had a few photo shoots with fran at various ages and every time we have been amazed at the beautiful photos fran takes.

She is calm and patient and makes you feel completely at ease.

We can’t recommend her enough! Superb!

My little girl recently had a cake smash and splash to celebrate her 1st birthday. Fran was really patient and lovely, and was really good with Grace... probably the only child that doesn't like cake!! I'm so pleased with the lovely photos, especially the ones in the tin bath - too cute! xx

I took my little girl for a smash and splash shoot for her first birthday. Fran was brilliant. She made us feel at ease and the whole thing was a really lovely and positive experience! I absolutely loved every minute of my photo shoot of my newborn baby boy with Fran! Was made to feel so welcome, comfortable and at home from the minute we got there! Fran was so amazing by far the best photographer I have ever been to! Will deffinately be going back!!
