listen... These people were PHENOMENAL!!! I cannot eat anything spicy or with pepper because of throat surgery... These people bent over backwards to make sure I was accommodated... The food was absolutely delicious.. I had the Turbot and my wife had the duck (The primary reason we went was the duck) all cooked to perfection.... My wife substituted Polenta for the spicy asparagus and it was so good I wanted to lick her plate when she was done.. My turbot was cooked perfectly with a mushroom based cream sauce that was amazing....

We too won our meal on radio Jackie from start to finish we received truly the most wonderful experience ever Ainsely and the other staff treated us to a wonderful 3 course meal with wine it was our anniversary and my birthday and once they knew this they bought out petit filous with a candle. The food was amazing and of the highest quality and presented in a very eye catching way. We will be returning and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting London. Thank you again for your truly wonderful hospitality

My husband and I love Franco’s. The food is always delicious and the staff is so lovely and attentive. I am a vegetarian (and a fussy one at that) but I have no problem finding something yummy to eat here. Can highly recommend and we are looking forward to our Christmas lunch later this week.

It's been a while since I last visited and the quality of food, wine and service hasn't changed! Recommend it to anyone who likes a great dining experience.

I had won a radio Jackie competition for a meal for two to be used within 10 months so I booked for our anniversary. From arrival we had nothing but first class service Sam, the restaurant manager made our time there very special. The food was delicious from champagne on arrival to petit fours. All the staff were friendly and very attentive. Usually, when you have a voucher you have a limited menu but for us there was no exception. This is a long established restaurant everything was exquisite. I would highly recommend it if you have a special occasion to go there.

Forget about the 1*, 2* & 3* whingers - go straight to the 5* who I will be joining after tonight's meal. Excellent cuisine, attentive staff without being obtrusive. Some may feel that the price may be high but you leave feeling that you have had what you've paid for. Have been before when in London and will go again.

Beautiful dining, stunning menu, sublime food..... Fantastico���

A fantastic place to eat for all the family and super to know that you can also take your dog. He loved it...! We all loved it! We will be back very soon. Great food, wonderful service and very friendly staff.

I Only popped in to meet friends already having breakfast so just had a coffee. The coffee was nice, but I found it funny that the waiter gave an extra tea to the wrong person in our party then again gave my coffee to the wrong person, nowhere near a big deal, just made me laugh as it's simple stuff and the place was empty, on a positive note the breakfasts looked good, but I have no idea how much they cost so can't comment on value for money

Food is just average and pricey. We had scrambled eggs which was overcooked, and the Black Pudding in the English Breakfast set was not freshly made and overcooked.
