Franhen Consultancy Ltd is a training provider as well as a consultancy service provider based in Birmingham, in the West Midlands. The centre provides training mainly in the Health and Social Care sector. The centre delivers vocational training in Level 2 Diploma in Care, Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services as well as other vocational, short courses and mandatory trainings. We also deliver training in Functional Skills Level 1 and 2 in English and Mathematics. Franhen Consultancy is currently an approved centred with NCFE Cache Awarding Organisation. Franhen Consultancy partners with several employers in the Social Care sector in Birmingham, Coventry, Luton and London to support and delivers all of their staff training needs. As an organisation, our aim is to develop the capacity of staff and workers in the Health and Social Care sector as well as equipping all individuals with appropriate underpinning skills in English and Mathematics in the work environment and everyday life. Training and assessment is delivered by a team of experienced and qualified assessors and trainers to ensure our training and assessments meets the highest of standards required by Ofqual and our Awarding Body. All assessments are quality assured by an experienced and qualified IQA as required by Ofqual and our Awarding Body. Franhen Consultancy Ltd has trained over 500 people in various courses over the period.
