We had a lovely Sunday lunch and the service was excellent - thank you :-)

We had 3 course lunch menu. Very good value for money £11.95 for 3 courses. Very tasty

Visited F&B Drakehouse, Sheffield. The food was lovely, hot, arrived on time. All the staff were brilliant Rebecca, all of them. Special mention to Liam. He was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. He was great with our group of 11 year olds. Wonderfull evening had by all. Thank you all so much.

Lovely food, slow service but still very pleasant. Good choice and value for kids

Food great with good service, we were a party of 6 with one in a wheelchair the staff made sure we were well catered for

Amazing service. Waiters great with adults and so caring with kids, cater for all needs dietary and fussy little eaters.

A very warm and welcoming place. Friendly staff and lovely meals .

Went for a birthday meal and was impressed with the place the celebration with singing from staff n music was fab and made birthday girl feel fab! Food was ok nothing special and the price for main meal is way above what it should be for the mediocre meals,was nice but not worth the £13:95 price tag, glad we had b1g1f main meal really. Would go again with offers but never would I pay full price it just isn’t worthy of the price tag!

Husband and I decided to give it a try while out shopping. Enjoyed a nice lunch - I had a goats cheese and avocado wrap delicious, husband had a cheese burger. Will definitely visit again. Staff friendly and polite

Chicken wings were excellent!

Went with a group of 4, all ordered garlic mushrooms starter & we calculated we probably had 1 sliced mushroom between us ! Dishes were changed and the replacement was what was originally expected. Prices are high for the amount of food presented, only 2 strips of steak in the steak wrap is a bit measly. Staff were accommodating and polite.

Me and hubby went for meal tonight prices high.steak chewy.found some staff nice but realy slow at the bar bit.dont think I will be rushing bak there in a hurry

We eat at F&B regularly as a family at our local restaurant and always enjoy our experience. I use the app to earn rewards due to our regular visits- however last night (Saturday) service was very slow from the start. We attempted to get a drink at the bar whilst our table was being prepared but were seated before being served at the bar. We then sat a further 5 mins before being greeted & our drinks order taken. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy for a Saturday evening... the food service was acceptable however when ordering extra drinks we had to remind a waitress after 15 mins of waiting & we could see they had been poured & were sat on the bar. On requesting the bill, again we were left for an unacceptable amount of time as we tried to pay, so I went to the reception desk & requested to pay. Only to be told ‘yes give me a minute’ by a staff member who proceeded to inflate balloons behind the desk!! After a few mins, she asked a manager to take our payment at which point our waitress came racing over to finish the service off. There seemed to be a lot of absence of staff that evening & after spending a considerable amount on an evening meal, I won’t be in any hurry to return very soon

So wanted this to be a regular place to eat but disappointed again -

Service poor (there was only 4 tables being used) had to wait for drinks to come to table - more staff than customers - had two starters and two mains - food luke warm would have preferred it hotter - two stars for food only - �

Food was ok. Customer Service was awful!! We told the lady who showed us to our seats it was our boys birthday and there was no response from her at all. It wasn’t much better through the meal either, very poor !

Will never visit here again .. food vile undercooked processed meat rock hard pasta greasy cold garlic bread lipstick on every glass mould on sauce bottles .. don't waste time and money !

Went to Frankie & bennies at drakehouse last night, as a group booking.. the food was ok but had nothing but stress.. no steak, my starter didn't come out, cold fries, one member of staff was very rude.. I defiantly won't be returning!

They did refund us £55 off our bill but it wasn't really good enough when your spending at least £250-£300.. I will be writing a formal complaint..

It's a shame as I love there food normally the restaurant at centertainment is always great food and service!

Service is shocking here not at all like the frankie and bennies at Meadowhall! I asked for a TAP WATER, the woman who served me took my order and stood around talking to a colleague, she must have forgotten about my water as it took 10 minutes to receive it, is it that hard turning a tap on? Then when asked for a desert menu she said in the most disgusting tone of voice “yes after I clear your plates”.. well hunny if you actually cleared our plates 20 minutes ago when we finished that would have been acceptable. Most disgusting service and member of staff!
