Went yesterday for lunch to the Parkgate branch with my Godaughter, food came quickly and was piping hot, service was great, can't fault it!

The one in The Metro Centre in Gateshead is a good one too but I'd give a wide berth to the one in Cramlington been twice now and wouldn't give it half a star!

Visited the parkgate branch for breakfast and all the staff very amazing!! They were friendly and nothing was too much bother. We got both our drinks and food very promptly and it was all delicious! I had eggs Benedict and it was amazing. Would definitely recommend a frankie and bennies breakfast to someone if they haven’t tried it yet!

Went with 2 friends 2 of us had jacket potatoes which were ok but would have been nicer if cooked in the oven and not microwaved, the fillings were nice though. The 3rd person ordered the hot dog and chips which she had to leave as it was stone cold in the middle. It put her off anything else but we earnt charged for it when our bill arrived.

Have had the hunters chicken many times at this particular Frankie and bennies.however this time I was very disappointed in the portion size and the garnish too .not the best I’m afraid .not good value for money either .

In falrness the staff were very efficient and friendly but as regards the food I was disappointed.
