I am a regular at Frankie & Benny’s, Springfield’s and have always received the warmest and friendliest welcome, excellent service and fantastic food and cappuccinos! I often pop in after dropping my grandson off at school for a chat and cappuccino. They always ask me how my six year old is and when he is with me they talk and listen to him.



When I arrived this morning I was feeling a bit blue, two of the waitresses were so kind, caring, sympathetic and comforting, they are very special friends and I am so grateful to them.



Everyone that works here are lovely, the atmosphere is great. We miss Tom!

Thank you for stepping in and saving my daughter's birthday after we were let down by another restaurant at the very last minute. We really appreciated the extra effort you made for her.

Expensive food for the quality, drinks are over priced but staff are fabulous.

Isn't it time you started catering for vegans better? Instead of me ordering black coffee (because you don't have any soya milk) and a veggie breakfast without eggs and without butter, you could (1) have soya milk available, (2) provide vegan margarine as an alternative to butter (or provide some olive oil to drizzle on the bread) and (3) provide, say, vegan sausage as an alternative to the eggs. Other restaurants are catering for vegans.

Went for a breakfast 🥞 and was in a party of 18 and some food was cold and they don’t use real butter on there toast or muffins they give you a pot of margarine ! Yuck 🤢

Didn’t take our order for 20 minutes after arrival. So complained and a nice man went and proceeded to do it. I had ordered a pina colada and I noticed there was a hair in it so I asked a server named Nathan to come over, who may I add was rude about the situation he was looking around my drink and laughed and said maybe I should just pick it out and gave it back to you? No I’m joking. Then I had asked for another drink to order by the same guy Nathan and he said “without a hair this time?” in saracastic voice, rubbish customer service and he was taking the piss out of me as I had complained about the hair in my drink. When going to pay, my friend had said to Nathan “she (me) doesn’t like your customer service” and he proceeded to say “that’s ok, I’ll not lose any sleep over it.” The food was ok, the customer service was a joke. Won’t be going back. Do not recommend.
