Top grub, polite friendly staff and a decent price, our first time last night (17/07/18). Won't be our last. So many things on that menu I want to try �����

This is the second time we have been to this restaurant and we were very impressed. The waiter Charles was fantastic and gorgeous. He was helpful, polite, and had excellent customer service skills. He was dancing and singing along to the music as well. I was in my wheelchair and nothing was too much trouble. #Charles #Bletchley

My wife and I went in for breakfast and as normal found the food to be spot on. We were waitered on by Christian who as on every previous occasion, was diligent, polite and gave great service. Of all the frankie&bennies in MK, this hands down the best, use the stadium Restuarent people every time.

MK/Bletchley (by the stadium) very good service: attentive, food arrived fast, lovely friendly staff � my goats cheese salad was the bees-knees � also enjoyed the new app which meant we could pay our bill as soon as we had finished without having to wait! Super �

Loved every minute from when all 16 of us walked through the door .. great friendly and very polite customer service from each and everyone of the staff who served us all!!!.. been very good with some of us who have allergies..very thoughtful and considerate when a glass of wine was smashed and spilled over the table (clumsy collegue)!!!! Lol.... this was replaced free of charge immediately... Manager James was absolutely amazing and should be proud of his customer service skills! Great atmosphere . Great food .. great place to visit!

Used an Easter special offer voucher which gave us three course's for £10.95 from a set menu but good choices food was piping hot and very tasty plentiful portions waiting staff very efficient and friendly a very enjoyable evening with friends

Well just popped in for your bacon, pancake stack and wow.... since my last visit its gone downhill lol i got 2 bits of bacon (not even full bits) I have pics to compare but cant add on here � dont think i’ll be back, it used to be awesome...!!

We went there as the other Frankie and Bennys in Aylesbury (which is now closed) had been lovely every time but unfortunately this restaurant wasn't good. The chicken parmigano was dry and burnt and bacon in the burger was also burnt. At the time we went in they weren't even that busy so I don't know why the food was so poor.

Waiting staff great ,however food awful ,steak served almost cold and undercooked ..asked for medium- well done but served rare with blood running out of it and plate had pool of blood ..chips cold ..no salad as offered on menu and forgot onion rings .

Starter ok . Coating on chicken was a bit hard to eat without it hurting your mouth .

Main chicken and mushroom pasta . I thought it was ok . My husband hated it needs less oil and more cheese

Can’t go wrong with a Sunday for desert decided to share a New Yorker .under the shortbread was the longest hair . Yuck . Took it to our waitress who wanted to get us another . No thanks . Can I get you a coffee. No thanks . She spoke to her manager who took £7 off the bill . Joke didn’t even come over to apologise. . Won’t be eating there again

Really poor service! The drinks arrived after our food & the restaurant had no yoghurt which meant all of the healthy breakfast options were not available & no one told us this until we were ready to order. I will not be going back again.

Rather disappointed. We have eaten at several different f&b locations in the past and always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Today we ordered 2 steak and fries one medium one well done and ended up with one medium and one very well done. The onion rings weren't cooked enough and were soggy and my daughter ordered the meatball burger trio which is supposed to come with tomato sauce and grated cheese but came out as dry meatballs on dry burger buns and the garlic bread she ordered was burnt. The servers were friendly enough but we waited ages for anyone to come over to take our order and it wasn't busy and no one asked if everything was okay with the meal. All in all. Won't be eating there again.

Cold breakfast.....TWICE! My friend and I were both so hungry we had to eat it the second time it came out no different than the first. We both had veggie breakfast. Cold mushrooms. Cold beans. Cold eggs. Obviously no hot counter in the kitchen. Would not eat here again although we weren't charged for the food and the waitress was very apologetic.

went for breakfast, and had the big one £9.99 for over cooked eggs, cheap sausages, hard tomato, I have no idea what they did to the mushrooms, looked like little grey aliens, all dumped on a massive plate. All of which took 20 minutes to arrive despite having 3 chefs in the kitchen and the place having hardly any customers. Only gets a star as the bacon was quite nice and the server was friendly. Avoid.

1st the chicken was dry which they said sorry for and took off the bill whixh we are very grateful for and thank you

But...

Once ww was in the film half way through the film my Dad became ill and the food he had at your restaurant came up it made him very ill

My partner poppes in to speak to the manager

And got a sorry and nothing else

You need to check your food it should be making people ill..

Who designed your new rota?

Some BTec Graphics student armed only with a disposable camera and some half chewed crayons.

Or was it the love child of the menu from a Wendy’s burger circa 1978 and the laminated menu at the late night kebab shop which had no need to look good in the images because everyone who looks at it is pissed?

Either way the new menu looks shit and the food in the pictures looks about as appetising as a bush tucker trial.

Or for that matter as appetising as it actually was.

A full rack of ribs ... harvest from a micro pig whose bones are bigger than an orgy on porn hub but nowhere near as much meat. The fries portion got a true representation in the menu image as there truly was only 23 of them. And why such a big plate it was like serving a sausage on a door, all it showed me was how little I was getting for my money, in future I’ll spend the money on diarrhoea inducing tablets and not have to involve your chef as the middle man. Overall you’ve gone really downhill, you’ve become greedy and are over charging for less than mediocre food, continue in this vain and customers will stop coming, your brand isn’t so great that you can trade on the back of it, get over yourselves and get back to making good food that’s value for money or you won’t have a brand to abuse for much longer. I’d appreciate a response.

Very poor service. The waitress was lovely and welcoming. However after the starter it took a further 30 minuets for our mains to come. Which were wrong and had to be sent back. Normally i wouldn't mind if it wasn't busy hwever there was only 6 families including us in at the time. There was however 5 kitchen members of staff in!! Come on I mean seriously. From looking at other reviews i can see other people have had problems but ckearly Frankie & Benny's does not care by the lack of response to the reviews. Poor social media presents.

Service ok, but the food was cremated and dry, left and went straight McDonald's as the family still needed to eat. Was so looking forward to it but was left embarrassed as it was my choice to go there. Never again

Just been here for a meal (if you can call it that!), with family for my mother in laws birthday. Totally disappointed and disgusted with the service, food and attitude of the staff. Waiting time for our mains was over an hour. Food was hit and miss and our drinks seemed to take ages to come to our table after we'd ordered them. Front of house and Waiting staff standing around and chefs messing around in the kitchen. Feel so bad for my mother in law who didn't enjoy her night in the end. Will never be eating at a frankie and bennys again! Awful!
