Went for our anniversary on a saturday night, food was lush and had no complaints... other than a little long to wait ( but worth it ) and the music was a little loud, but other than that we really enjoyed our night here and are planning on returning with the kids ��

We went for my daughters birthday and it was great. Food and staff were awesome. Our waitress went and above and beyond for my 3 year old and 1 year old. Thank you.

We booked a table for 5 at lunchtime ,chatting to the friendly waitress it came out that it was my sons 16th birthday , she wished him many happy returns and continued to take out order and no more was said , we hadn't arranged a cake or anything . The meal was very good, and we ordered a second round of drinks and just one dessert but the waitress had taken it upon herself to make a birthday dessert for my son including a sparkler and sang Happy Birthday to him, it was lovely because no one had asked her to do that, such a nice gesture , so thank you F&B Valley Park , Croydon x

We always come to this branch for breakfast and always served by lazer... he is always so friendly !! And customer service is excellent ! Food is always quick and tasty! Thanks lazer!

Was a lovely calm atmosphere our waiter was really good with us and the lil one in our party food was really yummy and was very impressed with the desserts and the kiddys tray of milk bottled toppings with their ice cream for three quid wow will come again

Had a lovely time, food was good!. However, when I got home I realised I was minus a Phone, we called the restaurant, they said they had found a Phone. The lovely Waitress (with the blonde hair) Sorry I didn't ask for her name ��, Had found it immediately after we had left and tried to run after us, but we were gone like the wind. When I arrived at the restaurant, she didn't just show me the phone, she first asked what make my phone was, before going to get it, which I was satisfied with. Thanks for the honesty.

lovely food with a lovely atmosphere.... would have been 5 star but the service was quite slow and for the prices portions could have been a bit better but over all lovely food. my kids lived their kids meals and the fact they have bigger kid portions is amazing! delish defo recommend

Went there for lunch, lovely food but the service was SO SLOW was in there an hour and fifty minutes for only main course and dessert! Then the bill was wrong as they badly tried to overcharge us! They charged us full main menu prices rather than lunch time menu prices! Would eat at Frankie and Bennys again but hope their service speed and customer service improves!!

Enjoyable lunch with our grandsons, but actually over-priced for fast food, and the slow service was a problem for us as we had an appointment.

Tired to complain on your site but can’t submit as do not have my receipt number. Very helpful. Ate lunch at Kingston branch on Wednesday. One waitress for whole restaurant meaning v slow service, hungry children & stressful for everyone. Bar waitress refused to help with one query when I asked even though no bar customers. Manger arrived, sat at a table and watched the whole mess without helping this one poor waitress. Awful.

Food was awful.. had a hair in it.(not mine)...husbands steak was cold and had burnt beans in his mushrooms and son's meatballs were cold.. as for daughters pizza and our garlic bread.. if we wanted it on flat bread we would have made our own.. really??

Don't see the point in music as no one could hear it over the masses yelling and overly loud talking! That was literally all you could hear.. staff are amazing in accommodating our broken legged son making sure he had sufficient leg room under the table..but

Where to start! This is Croydon valley park restaurant. Went for lunch with family. Started ok got drinks and starters then half way through starters they brought up mains. Half of which wasn't what we ordered and the waitress stood there and argued with us over this. Eventually once she'd finished arguing she took some of the plates away on wrong mains and some starters then literally 30 secs later we had our meals back at table. Mine still wasn't right but got to the point where so fed up couldn't argue anymore plus because we got it inbetween starters none of us finished our mains as too bloated! We did complain to another waiter and got a whole 20% off our bill and what was even funnier was he said hope to see you soon! �� never. This was our 2nd bad experience so never again!

The staff are lovely and polite but the food is awful.

I sent back both the meals that was ordered . The Philly cheese steak was firstly over cooked and even with a new one medium rare it was tough and tasteless...cheese I don't knkw where that was in the two bite I took.

The pasta was overcooked /left under the heater to dry up and there was no sauce so that also had to be sent back and even then didn't taste any better than a bland ready meal.

The garlic butter inside the garlic bread wasn't melted even though the outer was cooked well. I got a discount whuch i asked for and honestly if I wasn't in a situation where the person I was with (special needs) had to be fed I would if left and went elsewhere.

Mine was dry and my partners was so chewy. We had to return it for another. The next one came out a bit raw. But still chewy. We told the waitress we were not happy and asked for the bill. Not going back to Valley Park Frankie and Bennys ever again

I never one to complain however I was absolutely fuming on Saturday. Me and my boyfriend went to the cinema in croydon valley park. The film was full so while we were waiting for the next one we went to Frankie and bennies next door. We waiting 10 mins to be acknowledged at the door and seated. Then when we sat down we waited another 10 mins for menus they were clearly very shorts staffed as all the staff were darting around. I got one waiters attention and asked to order some drinks but also asked for a kids menu. He rolled his eyes tutted at me and then walked off. After 15 mins of him not returning with the menu or taking our drinks I then spoke to someone who I assumed was the manager as he was in a different shirt to everyone else. I said to him "I did ask the rude man over there but can I have a kids menu and order some drinks" by this time we had been seated half hour. He replied "were very busy he's not rude at all just stressed but yes I'll get you the menu" 10 mins later still no menus nor our drinks order taken. Fair enough yes they were busy understaffed and had a few tables with large amounts of customers birthdays and stuff but I was shocked at the level of customer service by these 2 really really rude men. Needless to say I love Frankie and bennies is my fave food but I will never go back again. We got up and walked out!

I visited your fankie and bennys in vally park croydon this evening and im so angry i have never had such shoddy service in my whole life we walked in at 9.25 pm and placed our order after being seated i ordered the meat fest combo starter share plate and chicken salad and salmon fillet with salad and sweet potato with chai seeds i got this picture below .

I also ordered a kids fish fingers and chips with peas i was brought peas and sweet corn and they looked like thay had been microwaved so bad u could not even eat them .

We didn't get our starter till 10.35 pm i had waited nearly a hour to even get food and my salmon with sweet potato and salad was not even what i got i got a plate full of brown willtered lettuce that was fail as as soon as i put it in my mouth it was so bitter i complained and git asked if i wanted something else i declined at that idea as the food was disgusting and i really even begrudge paying the £28 i was charged for the rest of the items they brought me as my whole ordeal was that i will never go back there again the waitress that served me was no wear to be seen she had taken our order then dispeared and i never saw her again the othwr staff was faffing about trying to get our order what was a perfect day for my little girls birthday ended in a crap night and i have come home hungray and very disappointed .

I would like for some one to call me if they can as im really upset that a simple meal out for my daughters birthday has ended so poorly .
