We like frankie and Benny's anyway but Halifax is always a fave, been in this evening the food was great, couple of cocktails went down well too!

Also great service.. Owain served us, a credit to Frankie and Benny's such a happy friendly approachable waiter- fantastic!

This place is great. We turned up as a party of nine and tony had no problem getting us seat. He was attentive all night and the food was great. Deffo be back

Half decent food on a limited menu served by a really nice guy called Tony. Thanks dude!!

Had a table for 5 to celebrate my son's birthday, very busy tea time service in the run up to Christmas but the staff were brilliant, attentative and took the time to prep our birthday cake and sing for my son! Many thanks for making our day special

Had a lovely meal at Frankie and Benny's Halifax. We were served by Laura who was genuinely lovely, friendly and had great customer service. I had a voucher for a free birthday meal and given a free pudding and had happy birthday sang to me......bit embarrassing but a bit of fun. Had a really nice evening.

Food to a very high standard service very good and waiting staff pleasant at all times best place in town to go for a meal

Always looked after by Gary and his amazing team. New menu is great, good variety. Kids love the refillable cocktails. A family favourite.

Same thing for like the gig buddies going to the cinema , the theatre or a restruant is a good place in Frankies and bennys is lovely because the food are nice like what I have was a hot dog or even speghetti carbarna so nice

Usually love this place but a badly managed large party of teenagers there for a 14th birthday party ruined our evening!!

They were shouting, in and out of the restaurant what a total pain in the arse!!!

£12.95 for a Steak Wrap which should of been advertised as a Lettuce/garnish wrap with Steak that doesnt warrant the price. Shame really, service though was spot on.

Well just returned from an early evening meal. I won't be returning. Been loads of times but tonight they really messed up. Cold food, food not as ordered and really poor customer service. You have lost 2 loyal customers and I would not recommend. There are too many eateries to use bad ones

The atmosphere has gone down hill since the music has become more modern. Also had to sign a disclaimer for my mother as she is gluten free in other words you could kill yourself and it's not there fault...

Last minute booking for Fathers Day, thought somewhere cheap and cheerful to nip out to. Not overly busy, service was shockingly slow or non existent, couldn’t relax as we had to track down staff to assist us, seems they’d rather stand around talking than attending to their customers. Lack of conversation, no smiles, wasn’t made to feel welcome, it was like the staff couldn’t be bothered. I only saw one maybe two members of staff that actually fulfilled the expectations of their role. One young man whom was attentive and polite to his customers and whom we had to flag down numerous times as our waitress was never in view. Overall food and service was terrible and I wish that we’d paid extra to go elsewhere . Only our third visit since opening , that’s three too many, a waste of money and we won’t be returning. I’m not surprised you weren’t busy Frankie and Benny’s Halifax, you really need to up your game and sort your staff and the quality of your food out!

Went last night with the Mrs for “date night” before going to the cinema. Have to say it was shocking. Really busy yet really under staffed. Had to wait to be seated. Even though we had a table booked. They took the order for drinks straight away but didn’t get them until 15/20 minutes later. Food then arrived barely warm and nobody around really to complain too. We was there over an hour and half due to slow service and whilst we was there 4 customers sent there food back. Really really poor and for that reason I don’t think we will be going back there any time soon. Step it up F&B!

Very expensive for the quality and quantity of food. My wife ordered Lasagne and we were amazed that literally all she got was lasagne, no garlic bread no side salad nothing.

My deNero burger was very disappointing too, tasted like a cheap takeaway burger with 3 tinned meatballs on the top.

Wont be wasting our money in one again.

The food wasn't impressive at all. Me and my girlfriend went for some dinner on a Sunday afternoon and we regret it. The lady who served us came to collect our plates smelling of cigarette smoke which is the last thing you want to smell as two non-smokers sit down for a meal. I strongly recommend people don't go and if you do decide to go don't order the pathetic excuse for spaghetti and meatballs.

I'll stick to Percy Shaw thanks...

Me my partner and three children came here on Thursday night wish we hadn't now,both me and my partner have been ill ever since,I had the burger that tasted bland,no seasoning at all in it,I've had better from McDonald's and that is saying something.
