Fantastic food all the staff made a fuss over my daughter on her birthday she felt so special thank you Hunnie and Megan.

Brilliant service this lunchtime for my daughter's party meal. Scott was great at keeping the children entertained and they all had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Went on a groupon deal . Was a bargain and great service and atmosphere

Lovely food but £3.49 for a small bowl of fries was poor. Shame they don’t do free refills on soft drinks too.

It would of been a 5/5 if the chefs didn’t kept staring at me and my friends making inappropriate comments and kissing noises at us. Made me extremely uncomfortable, ruined an otherwise perfect time.

pricey for what you get, prefer the older menu, plates got slot smaller too

Menu has changed and litteraly just the hotdog/fries: no salad etc. Was nice but salad and/or dressing would have been nicer!

Not great. 22quid for a child’s nugget,beans and chip and an adults chicken wrap 😵 chips where over cooked or re-cooked I’m not sure which, and the coleslaw tasted off. Chicken wrap was just bits of batter,no chicken. Probably won’t go back.

Waited ages even though not busy bad service.

Meal greasy generally very poor wont be visiting again soon

Really disappointed it was our first date night in a long time. starters came out fairly quickly. We waited ages for mains mine was sat on the pass for about 30 minutes before it was bought over to me. Food is expensive for what it is. The Chefs kept staring over making me feel uncomfortable, Couldn’t wait to get out of the place. Should of stuck to our usual TGI Fridays but decided to give Frankie and Bennys a try. We won’t be coming back

My carbonara had an added large blue bottle fly in it ! Warm melted ice cream for desert and didn't get an apology very poor customer service and standards, never again !
