Went in for cocktails last night with two friends and the bar staff was so amazing and funny! Made us feel really welcome � thanks

Amazing service! Me and my partner were served by who we presume was the manager (Emma is her name). Ordered starters and they were amazing, the main course was incredible. Asked for a carbonara without pancetta and Emma offered vegetables with it instead which I appreciated. Emma was really friendly, amazing hospitality and cheered us both up! The food was incredible and the service was outstanding. Hands down the best service I've ever revived. Good job Emma and the team. Thank you, will be returning!

We had to wait ages for food and it wasn't hot when it came.

The food was ok. There was only a table or two when we entered. The staff was polite and fast to begin with. We ordered out food, I asked for a hot cheese sauce and got told it would be put on side as no charge but it was ice cold. We had to flap our napkins around because of the flies that kept trying to land on our plates. We finished our food and it was a lot busier than when we came in but we literally had to demand a server to come over i said desserts pointing to my sons menu and had my card in my hand as i intended on ordering both of us desserts and paying at same time to save them from trekking over to us again. The server came with our receipt so i couldnt even order dessert, so we ordered my sons as his was included in price and i paid. Then i noticed his icecream was on serving pass and it was melting so i walked across the restaurant and grabbed it for him myself confirming with the chef it was for our table. We never even got a glance or second look from our first order till i demanded service till we walked out. Very disappointing. There were only two of us at the table not really rocket science. I was a waitress for over ten years, the place lacks control and organisation.

Service is always good carn't fault that, however the food today wasn't good, my son refused to eat his nuggets as they tasted strange, I had to ask for 2 parts of our tea as they didn't arrive with the food, an when the calamari came it was dripping in grease an over cooked. Will not return on a Sunday. Only getting 3 star due to the past we have never had an issue

I'm gonna hope this is a one off but I would not and will not be advising anyone to go there. Oh and your hot sauce that comes with your chicken wings is really not hot at all! �

Out starters came before our drinks even though we ordered our drinks at the time of receiving the menues. The the food came. Plesent enough nothing to write home about. Once our mains came we asked for another drink. Mains were eaten we asked for the bill and asked them to get the card machine at the same time and got our second drink. The bill came. No card machine. Went back for the machine... We waited and we waited. The guy was stood at the till so the other half went to him to pay but he just walked away. He then came EVENTUALLY got the machine, a tip was not given as you can tell by my renew.

Went today for a lunch with my grandmother and 2 daughters. 45 minutes after ordering, and other tables complaining - still no food. Then had food brought to table - all wrong! Asked for fries, got sweet potatoes. Asked for kids mini burgers, got meat balls, asked for salad.... got nothing as wasn’t cooked!!!Manager told me girl was new and had difficulty understanding us.. ended up taking my daughter to McDonald’s - polite, fast and hot correct food! Was told by manager I didn’t have to pay for the Pepsi or glass of wine - how kind of them! Starving kids and adults - the restaurant wasn’t even that busy!

Went for tea tonight ordered a beer and coke the beer was flat also ordered loaded skins to share no plates offered to eat these and not the best for mains we ordered burgers these were tasteless and frozen fries thrown in the presentation was dreadful!!! None of the staff smiled and there was a few complaints of the food while we were sat there for the cost of the meals it’s really not good wont be going again

This site works only because they take advantage of students, immigrants, and newcomers to Leeds looking for an opportunity. Many of them are working without a contract or social security, and they also leave them owed money when they have to leave work because they have found a decent job. Of grief!

£9.98 budweiser and malibu and lemonade you could not make it up could you

On entering the place and standing at the bar 2 people working behind making drinks 10 mins later I got a recognition

Me and my boyfriend visited tonight ... for start of a young lady sat us down and we waited 20 mins for someone to get us some drinks .. then the starters came we finished them and 7 people walked pass and not one of them picked up the dirty plates from our table then the main meal came and the dirty starter plates where still there. They finally took them away the service was discussing . We will not be returning any time soon

Absolutely appalling service arrived before 1pm didn't get to order until 1.40 and that's after asking 3 separate servers and the manager to take our order at which point due to the wait in ordering was told ours would be prioritised have just left after over 90mins wait due to the fact the food still hadn't arrived spoke to the manager said we were leaving as we were booked in for jumping at 3 he said that if I waited another 10 minutes the food would be here leaving us no time to eat food.... when we arrived we weren't told about a wait I've been to this F&Bs before an never experienced anything like it, I've been to white rose one when it's been much busier and been told a 40 minute wait for food, the manager was quite dismissive that we had been there for almost 2hours and the food wasn't ready despite me having 3 children hungry crying at the side of me absolutely disgusting!!!

Me and my boyfriend visited tonight ... for start of a young lady sat us down and we waited 20 mins for someone to get us some drinks .. then the starters came we finished them and 7 people walked pass and not one of them picked up the dirty plates from our table then the main meal came and the dirty starter plates where still there. They finally took them away the service was discussing . We will not be returning any time soon

Absolutely appalling service arrived before 1pm didn't get to order until 1.40 and that's after asking 3 separate servers and the manager to take our order at which point due to the wait in ordering was told ours would be prioritised have just left after over 90mins wait due to the fact the food still hadn't arrived spoke to the manager said we were leaving as we were booked in for jumping at 3 he said that if I waited another 10 minutes the food would be here leaving us no time to eat food.... when we arrived we weren't told about a wait I've been to this F&Bs before an never experienced anything like it, I've been to white rose one when it's been much busier and been told a 40 minute wait for food, the manager was quite dismissive that we had been there for almost 2hours and the food wasn't ready despite me having 3 children hungry crying at the side of me absolutely disgusting!!!
