Went to Frankie and Benny's for my daughter's 10th birthday meal. From getting in the door we had a lovely experience. The waitress was so nice and friendly. She even had a little chat to the birthday girl and asked her about her day. Our orders were taken efficiently and our food arrived in good time. I really cannot complain about anything. My other children are looking forward to spending their birthdays there now too. 10/10 from us! Thank you. X

Staff were very attentive and as I'm on a slimming world plan they allowed me to build my own meal from the sides menu and a chicken breast allowing me to still enjoy a meal out with my partner and our daughter. Thank you.

Not the cheapest family meal out, but it was absolutely fantastic. Thoroughly recommend the New York Giant pizza. Excellent customer service, not least from Nikki who was simply outstanding, helping us get the best value, and even cajoling my youngest into actually eating lol.

Lovely breakfast and used tastecard so got 241👍

I called in with my grandson and his partner for lunch yesterday at the Chester restaurant and the service was spot on, we were welcomed and shown to our seats within 3mins of entering the restaurant and were asked if we required any drinks straight away, these were served to us within minutes, the food was delicious and served promptly, this is the third time I’ve been here and all was excellent every visit

Lovely breakfast on Saturday. My only complaint is there was no white toast!

Great food cooked perfectly every time, staff very friendly. Although timing was off in the kitchen, as we waited ages for our starters, and mains came while I was still finishing my starter.

Not busy, but 40 minutes to get cold chips and a tiny kids pizza when we asked for a big kids one...5 mins later another pizza (half cooked) was slid on his plate. Tried to order sliders and garlic bread to be told they'd run out. Other people came in after us , had their drinks and meal and coffee, paid and left before we received our meal. Shame as we used to love this restaurant

Had steak and salad, prompt service. The steak was tough though. Everything else was good

Been in today and so disappointed, All staff seemed to be new , over a 40 min wait for cold over cooked food.. Can only assume they has been a change of ownership with the franchise which has resulted in poor service and food.. we won't be back.

First of all i am not in the habit of complaining or have never left a restaurant before even ordering. This evening (sat 20th jan) we visited the Chester restaurant to celebrate my mums birthday, firstly it took atleast 20 minutes to even come and take a drink order, then when our waiter came and we enquired how long the wait for food would be ( which was prompted by me noticing the manager, informing another table) he said 'you'll get it before tomorrow' and didnt even offer to go and find out for us. I think this is poor customer service, rather than trying to humour us, he couldve simply offered to find out, its not hard, if he'd come back and said x amount of minutes, that wouldve made a bit of a difference and shown he cared about his customers, we have always used this venue to go and celebrate or treat ourselves, needless to say I will never visit this particular one again, which is a shame, maybe you need to train this particular waiter in customer sevice! I didn't get his name, but you certainly wouldn't miss who is was.

Went to frankie and bennys greyhound retail park last month and I will not be going back again. My husband ordered a burger and asked for no cheese. When it came to the table there was a burnt layer on the bottom which was burnt cheese!!!! It has been burnt so much by the chef in the hope that we didn’t realise it was cheese and he wouldn’t have to make it again.



The manager was lovely and refunded the money for the burger but the chef should be fired in my opinion as if my husband was allergic he could have been very ill afterwards.

Very poor quality food and service. Everything we ordered was wrong, then the bill was wrong, then the card machine wouldn’t work. Really unimpressed.

Terrible service terrible food would never go again

Came for a visit on Tuesday, service was shocking.

Waited over 30 minutes for main course, (chicken wraps).

We were not notified of any excessive waiting time.

When we eventually had dinner, the waitress did make a small gesture apology.

When we paid I raised my concerns to be told by a waitress YES I would complain too!

No offer of me seeing any senior staff to rectify.

I rang store when we got home, as I didn't get a receipt, and to raise a complaint you need a receipt number! The guy I spoke too, said if he had served me he would have rectified situation there and then!

I complained immediately online, and as yet have had no response. What excellent customer service NOT
