Thank you for making my daughters 10th birthday a great one for her. Nothing was too much trouble, I delivered a balloon and some banners along with a birthday cake earlier in the day. Everything was set up at our table upon our arrival. Food was fantastic and staff were very friendly. We all had a brilliant time. THANK YOU SO MUCH
Staff so welcoming and friendly. Especially Pani who my grandson thought was an awesome dude!! Food lovely been to a few now within the chain and such lovely food and value fir money
I love going to this restaurant! The people are so friendly, the service is great and the food as awesome! Recently had my birthday celebration there and they were very helpful with the cake. Will continue to bring my friends and family here. Thank you guys x

Nightmare. Run out of the free beer offer. Waited until we were ordering to say they had no steaks. Asked to see the manager regarding a promo voucher issue and he still hasn't turned up to our table before we left. Table cleared whilst someone was still eating the Dessert menus given out whilst someone still eating main course. Customer service was disinterested and made the whole experience a waste of money
It is the worst Frankie and benny’s I have been in. It has been a complete nightmare. They have run out of the Father’s Day free beer and they have ran out of stake but they waited to tell us until we had ordered.
Our Waiter seemed less than bothered and acted as if he would be anywhere else than here. We asked the waiter to see the manager in regard to a voucher issue and the manager still hasn’t turned up before we had left.
The table was cleared whilst there was still someone eating their dinner and the dessert menus were given out to everyone including the individual that hadn’t finished their dinner.
Their customer service was appalling and made the whole experience horrible
Came in with my wife, niece and nephew this evening. Starters took a while, whilst eating them one of the waitress' came over with 2 of the mains, saw we were still eating and took them back to the kitchen. A few minutes later they were brought back again, I had told them I am still eating my starter to which they dumped the mains on the table anyway. The waiter half cleared the table. When we got to the mains all 4 of them were cold. My niece and nephew carried on eating as they were happy with the temperature. Quarter of the way through her Mac n cheese my niece said she could not eat anymore because it made her feel ill. I left most of the burger because it was so greasy I felt quite ill. I have been to Frankie and Bennys 3 times now (Croydon, Feltham & Crawley) all of which have given me the same experience. Given that we got 20% discount with my Blue Light Card it still wasn't worth the money.
Came here to celebrate my Best friends birthday with her family and had a table for 11. Got here for 7 and waited over 1hr to even Get our starters and When We were done They then asked us if we were ready for our mains... 30mins later.. 45mins later.... we asked where there mains were and they said 5-10mins.. absolute joke. Food came and wrong orders, chicken was burnt and dry..
Never coming here again!

COLD.
sent back..10 mins latter they try to give our meals to another table.
Problem with this is that we had tryed ribs and they left bones on plate when they gave it to someone else !!!
Put meals back on side and then 10 mins latter
gave them to us.
Manager total idiot.
Just walked out . Please never go there as waste of time and money.
Better of in Macdonalds
Total crap manager needs sacking poor staff just left to sort out mess.
