Went tonight to celebrate my daughters 17th & staff was amazing & couldn’t do enough for us, food was brilliant & we all enjoyed our meals & they even sorted the youngest(17months food to come out ASAP as he was grumpy) will be back �

Went to Frankie & Benny's last night for an early dinner, just us three for nephews 7th birthday. They had a great and unexpected "lunchtime menu" running up until 5.50pm. This was very reasonably priced and was a bonus for anyone who could get there before this time! The menu was easy and simple but the food tasted great. The refill drinks also helped after a thirsty day at work. Will be recommending to friends & family!



Have also been here for many breakfasts. The breakfast selection is vast and the "papa grande" along with a side of toast or two is more than worth its price. Have never been put off by slow sevice, you just come to appreciate weekends for breakfast will be busy. If not get up earlier!?

The service received was excellent, as it was quick to receive food from taking the order.



The food was hot and the portions were more than adequate and the staff were very courteous.



I would recommend Frankie & Benny's in Eastleigh to anyone. ��

Lovely meal. Chloe was our host for the night and she was really welcoming and very funny. Only thing I would say was the service for the drinks was very slow. We had eaten our starters before our first round of drinks came out. Other than that super meal.

Kids meal was really good, non bone chicken as a starter as well, I had a burger which was nice but my husband didn't like his wrap due to meat prep, pudding - chocolate brownie was yummy. Overall nice service, reasonable waiting time. Good value for money

Had to move tables due to the fact that we were situated right by the toilets. Our order was fine, in fact the risotto was delicious. But a few family members didn't get quite what they wanted. My daughters desert was delayed. The waiter was delightful and attentive. So overall we had a great visit. Will definitely revisit xx

I've used F&B for around 8 or so years. Always had a great (sometimes slow if busy) service. I've always loved the food. My kids adore it there... Last night my daughter choose to go there for her birthday meal.



Unfortunately, for the fist time ever, I was not impressed. The new changes to the menu, mean that although the food is lovely, you're not getting value for your money.



I didn't read the menu description of my usual dish of calzone... It no longer comes with fries and extras, just the calzone! On a odd serving skillet looking thing.�



My daughter ordered from the junior/bigger bites menu. 4 nuggets, 1 very small chunk of corn cob & 2 tiny corners of garlic bread. Served on an odd looking wooden thing.�



My son ordered from the same menu. He got 2 small triangles of pizza, a couple of fries and a spoonful of beans. Again served on another wooden thing.�



I'm not kidding. I'm not exaggerating about portions! Unless my children ask to go there for a special occasion, F&B won't be getting my custom.

Slow service 'it's because we cook everything from fresh'. Sorry Frank (or Benny) but it doesn't take 1 hour to cook a burger or pasta. Then another 30 mins for your desserts. Even worse when you get the order wrong on the main and dessert! Just like the service, I'm no rush to go back. Better quality all round at the harvester.

Service was quite slow although the waitress was lovely. However 3 people on our table ordered the steak salad 🥗 well where was the salad ? Very small amount of something which costs very little ! However new hot dogs really good. Overall a bit disappointing

I think it was very expensive for what we got. We were 4 Mum's having a meal with 3 children. 2 of us had steak and chips one mum couldn't even chew the steak there were no vegetables. My Granddaughters had children menu neither of them ate there meals the other 2 mum's had pizza and pay extra for the chips. Not a very nice Mother's day meal. We waited about 20 minutes for the Bill to arrive my Granddaughter went and asked for it in the end. I would not recommend it to anyone else. It wasn't even busy in the restaurant.

Food ok, just, service shocking when we arrived waited over 20 minutes for two drinks to be brought to the table and best part of an hour for food, it's a burger, pizza and pasta joint, and it wasn't that busy, plus on the down side, its way too expensive, won't be rushing back �

Well, what can I say...

Sarah’s away so I thought I’d take the boys out bowling followed by dinner at Frankie and Benny’s.

Bowling...great

Went to restaurant and got seated.

Ordered drinks....great

Received drinks...great

Ordered food....great

Starters served...great



Mains served...great

The boys tucked in, mine was cold!!!

I called the waitress and she apologised and took mine away.

One minute later she returned with a new cheese and bacon burger and said this one was on the pass so she just took it...

I checked it and yes, you guessed it still cold (it was a different burger though)

She apologised again and said she would get the chef to cook a fresh one...

20 mins later the boys had polished off their mains, I was still waiting(with not a word said since)

I then called the waitress and said cancel my main...she said “ok, I’ll take it off the bill).

I asked for the bill and presented a 50% voucher, this was then applied to the bill. I then said “I think I deserve a little more than 50% reduction seeing I didn’t get a main”

See said “I’ll speak to my manager”, she came back and said “what do you want us to do”, I replied “I don’t know, make me an offer”. She came back with the bill and said “my manager has taken £5.00 off”. I said “who’s your manager?” She replied “Katie Waddle”. I said Back “I really thought that she would have come over and apologise”, but nothing. I just got up and paid..

To sum our night up...

The boys had a great time and went home stuffed. I went home hungry and very disappointed

F & B in Eastleigh will not see the Harvey’s again.

We had a table booked for 6 people at 6:30 last night before going to the cinema. After half an hour no one had come to greet us or take a drinks order. We went to the bar to try to get someone’s attention we were told someone was coming but they didn’t.

The people at the table next to us told us they had been waiting over an hour for food, there was only 3 of them.

After five more minutes we got up and left, as we left a waiter came up to us and told us he would only be a moment.... but it was too late I’m afraid.

We went to Prezzo and had fabulous service. Considering we booked a table at the restaurant, the wait and being ignored by all the staff for over 30mins was unacceptable.

Visited F&B on mother’s day, we were seated quickly but then told they needed the table back in about an hour for another party.

Getting our food took a while due to how busy it was, I ordered our dessert, mine arrived and before I had to remind them that we were still waiting for my husbands the server brought over the bill & card machine asking for us to pay.

My husbands dessert arrived shortly after and as it was put on the table the server asked if we could finish up as fast as possible as they needed the table 😡

As we noticed being looked at by staff because they needed the table & were rushing my husband ended up finishing his dessert at the bar area.

Not impressed at all, it’s not the customers problem that you gave the table away knowing you needed it.

The Food was very overpriced for what you get. £13 for a poor quality burger and a very small hand full of chips was just ridiculous. To top it all the men's toilets were just a puddle of piss. We told the staff and got no apology for this.

Just to let you all know I never write reviews as I don't usually care enough, but this place was just terrible.

Staff were polite enough but the food was really bland. 'Steak and fries' was literally a little piece of steak and fries, no garnish or anything. The food presentation was awful! The spaghetti bolognese tasted like it was from a microwave. I asked for our steaks to be blue but the waiter said the chef can only do medium but he will ask if he can do it on this occasion � I think you need to find new kitchen staff. This is the worst food I've had from a restaurant in a long time.

Just attempted to have have breakfast. Had to ask the waitress to order drinks after being there for 15minutes. Another half an hour later still no drinks!! No food. The couple sat behind us waited an hour and finally received their cold coffees. Then food followed which was also cold and over cooked. Staff had no hustle or concept of time or customer service. Manager was in store but showed no interest. Half the menu was unavailable. I would avoid this place!!!!

Had a few bad experiences here a year or so ago, but last night everything was spot on. Seated quickly, drinks order taken quickly, drinks arrived shortly after. Food order was taken and arrived in under 30 mins and the pizza I had was fantastic, as were the rest of the tables meals. Only came in as voucher cloud had a 50% off mains. Will definitely be back now and never thought I would have been saying that today. it was really quite busy as well so I expected the worst. :)

Back to the norm today, food was cold and meatballs dry, we leave half of our meals and the small waitress with the attitude ( you will know who that is if you have been there ) didn't even ask if everything was ok? Terrible service and with 300 staff on it shouldn't take 20 mins to get a drink. Only good thing about today was the young lad who brought our food over. Another two years and we may be back to try again. Shame :(
