We came in yesterday me my aunty and my 2 sons

Very happy with the timing of food it was very quick and very yummy

Everyone was very pleasant and friendly and helped to assist us

A lady was doing balloons and talking to the children

We love it here it's my eldests sons fave place and now he is ten and still chooses it over anything

Me and my family love Frankie & Bennys, the staff are always polite, the food is lovely and it's always a lovely atmosphere!!

It's so nice to go to a restaurant that take food allergies really seriously. Very impressed with the service. Well done Frankie and Bennys �

Daughter was very disappointed that the dish she came for had gone from the menu. Chef very kindly agreed to make it for her, as they were not too busy at the time we ordered. Excellent service by the waiter, Arian and many thanks to Peter the Chef ��

Brought my daughter here for her birthday dinner tonight and was blown away by how the staff looked after us and treated the birthday girl. They even sang her happy birthday even though we weren't staying for pudding. Thank you for making my daughter's day!

Amit took a last minute booking for a children's birthday party celebratory meal - efficient service by our friendly waitress and the whole restaurant sung happy birthday to my very embarrassed little girl - thank you � we had a great experience with wonderful customer service and yummy food

Food okay, service okay but no more 50's music? Sad times and we probably won't be going back.

Was empty (5pm on a tuesday) so got seated straight away. Daughter's lemonade had black stuff in the bottom of glass but they were very good and changed it straight away. Can't speak for all my party but my burger and chips were cold. I didn't complain as I didn't want to be difficult. The server was very polite and overall it was pleasant.

Wasn’t very busy but still quite slow service. Repeated myself many of times as waiter didn’t seem to understand me! Music was so loud for the happy birthday song it was silly and kept waking my daughter up. Food was ok. Wouldn’t return sorry.

The sliders were inedible. Very dry meat and rock hard buns.

The jug of cocktail was so watered down and mostly ice.

The starters arrived 10 minutes before our first drinks.

The pizza crust was so hard. No wonder they provide a steak knife to cut it.

Floor was dirty under our table with cutlery, food and used napkins.

Seats in booth had dirt and debris down the back, my daughter had to sit on a coat.

Never again! We were assured that there would only be a 20 minutes tops wait for a table. So we decided to wait in the small bar area "45 minutes later" the buzzer went and we finally got a table. By this time everyone was starving, but still had to wait another 20 minutes just for our orders to be taken. Tbh we should have just got up and gone to the chip shop long before this.,Part of me wishes we had! as the food was luke warm and not that great when it finally arrived. I really couldn't be arsed sending it back as who knows how long we would be waiting again. We want to Frankie and Bennies for a birthday surprise for my son and we certainly got one. My advice would be if you are thinking of visiting this place. To avoid disappointment just go to TGI Fridays as they are much better and the food is nicer.

I love frankie and bennies and eat at Hatfield all the time but this was the worst meal I have ever had in a frankie and bennies anywhere!! They had no gnocchi then after ordering and receiving child's food realised there were no potatoes we were told there wasn't any they forgot another child's hotdog the chips were old and rubbery and the salad was old then we had to wait for cutlery to actually be able to eat we then waited 20 minuets before finally managing to get someone to clear our dirty plates and take our pudding order asking for coffee to be told there was no milk ! We then waited a further 15 minuets for our pudding at which point they forgot the ice. cream for one and the apple pie was stone cold in the middle and to top it all the toilets were filthy toilet roll all over the floor and one of the toilets was completely blocked. Absolutely appalling meal !

Would be good if you had waiters that actually liked dealing with the public � never again !! Rubbish service I wouldn’t recommend

We booked a table for 12 people a week ago to go on Sunday 30/7/17 @ 6pm to celebrate my husband's birthday with our family. What a disaster it turned out to be! Table not ready, but this did soon get resolved, but when ordering drinks, no milk for milkshakes, no IPA, when ordering the meals, no Mac & cheese (which is all my grandson would eat, hence why we chose F&B' s), after floods of tears, this did get resolved, but there were so many other things they ran out of, with the excuse 'they have been busy', most of the puddings were not available and when the two sundaes were served to my youngest grandchildren they were missing most of the ingredients and looked like they were the left overs from some other children! That was the last straw, we sent them back and they did provide them as they should have been, why didn't they do that in the first place? We asked for water on the table, it never arrived, the soft drinks were not replenished as they are supposed to be. The toilets were in a disgusting state, so bad I wouldn't let the children use them. They had the cheek to put a 10% service charge on the bill, which I made them take off. I have never had such a bad experience in a restaurant and when I complained they took my name, email address & phone number but I very much doubt if I will get a call. I would definitely NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Sorry, but an hour and a half just for a main course simply isn't good enough, it's a Monday night and not very busy. Nice meal with the family- NOT

I can't say anything nice so I won't say anything at all apart from crap service crap food and if you complain you get kicked out

Their service is appalling. This has to be the third time I’ve waited over 20 minutes and had to walk out. They seated us and left us for over half an hour not even bothering to take a drinks order. It wasn’t even that busy! Sort ur out folks!!!
