We had a great time. Service was quick and done to an amazing standard. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Was by far one of the best meals that we had. Want to say an extra thankyou to our waitress Bethany for the help last night and being so welcoming and friendly

Luckiy we had a discount voucher as I would not have been happy had we paid full price. The food is very over-priced for the quality and size of meals. The drinks are very expensive too but you do expect this at a restaurant. The cocktails are very poor, especially the House Specials. All of our food lacked flavour and was bland, average pub food at best. Go over the road to Bella Italia, their food, drinks range and customer service are a million times better. I don't like to leave negative reviews but I do believe a place needs to know if it is lacking. Sorry.

I think Franky and bennys is overrated! We went because my sister had a 50% of voucher which ended up not working when we came frustratingly! I had the boneless buffalo chicken wings...they tasted like the cheap frozen chicken drummers you would find in somewhere like Iceland. Not even proper chicken it was cheap chewy stuff! So disappointed to begin with - went for breakfast with colleague after long night shift. Firstly food was served late and then it was cold !

Although I was given another plate with hot food but we both ended up eating separately!

I hope this doesn’t happen again as I recommended my colleague F&B over other place and felt embarrassed when this happened ..

Food was average, quality of food had gone down since last time we came. Had no draught beer, had no baby baked potatoes and also had no strawberries and that was just from our order, won’t be in a hurry to come back as other outlets nearby are far better value for money.

this evening at 7pm my husband and I went to F&B Walsall, we have been frequent patrons here for as long as i an remember and have only had cause for complaint once when the food was both served in a paper bag and my husbands vegetables were missing from his plate and when bought on a separate plate cold. This evening we walked out as the service was diabolical.



We ordered at 7.10pm the starters came at 7.25pm fair enough. 7.50pm no mains, asked the waitress who's arrogance to our question of arrival was not in short supply grilled us on how long we had been waiting then went to the kitchen and came out and said that a party had come in and we were next, then i observed the manager, looking frightful and stressed and i knew then they had not even bothered to cook our meal, i was livid this is the last time i am going to your restaurant. I have been coming here for years and it has gone straight down hill, the service is awful, the place wasn't even busy, absolutely awful.





The waitress was rude and didn't even apologise but made us feel like we were being demanding, we waited patiently an finished two rounds of coffee and lemonade, we got some money knocked off the bill but really would have preferred the food, absolutely the worst service ever, you need to send a mystery shopper, its Thursday evening not a Friday night, it was dead in there, you have lost a loyal customer. its literally the first time i haven't left a tip as i know how hard waitresses work,

Went at 10pm Friday night biggest mistake of my life....food comes out no coleslaw sweet potato fries covered in grease and all the scraps of greasy chicken in my wrap...I refused to pay £10.00 for a meal which was appalling....asked waitress where’s coleslaw said we got none!!! Opened wrap there was hardly any chicken in there at the bit which was was covered in oil!!! I sent the food back cos of fries and then back again because of the greasy chicken!! I did not pay for meal and was not willing too!!!

We visited this branch on saturday the 20th, and ordered a The big one breakfast, it was disgusting the eggs was undercooked, toast undercooked, no beans in the beans just juice, sausage was scented, the black pudding charcoaled,they wasnt a good element on the plate and the last 2 days we've been sick from it .

To be honest it's a right rip-off.

The plates were small, the Chilli Cheeseburger & Fries barely covered half the plate, warm, not hot.

Wife's Double Bacon Cheeseburger was luke warm, when she pushed down on it lightly with her fork, fat oozed out the sides. Was also only a single burger as were running low on burgers but she had 5 really small onion rings instead. Was told it would be replaced but was microwaved so had gooey lettuce on top. Burger was not eaten.

Chocolate fudgecake with ice cream, the ice cream was served in something not much larger than a egg cup.

The Strawberry New York Sundae was served as a Cookie Dough & Caramel Sundae, explaining we ordered New york Sundae to be told thats all weve got, then to have it replaced with few strawberries and vanilla ice cream.

Why do people go to these rip off places when you can have a full plate of food at pubs and restaurants for half the price?????

I notice they don't even bother replying to reviews, good or bad!

Came in tonight, and it’s safe to say we won’t be returning in a hurry! Even though we had booked a table, we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated! Then a further 20 minutes for someone to come and take our order! 40 minutes before even ordering our food! It was so hard to get the attention of the staff and waiters avoided eye contact. Having eaten there several times before I ordered something I usually have off the menu, the garlic pizza bread was burnt on the bottom and the presentation wasn’t up to the standard it had been at the past! My boyfriend ‘steak’ was mainly fat. I ordered a drink before our main meal which still hadn’t arrived by the time we had asked for the bill, having asked two separate waiters for a Pepsi. We felt that the service was rushed - we had a waiter ask if the food was okay, and before we could reply he was already walking away!� on paying I had a company discount of 50%, when I showed it the waiter said that the discount did not apply on Saturdays! I questioned this knowing that the discount was any day and any time, and nothing in their terms and conditions stated otherwise... i got a very blunt and rude reply! All in all very dissapointed! Definitley ruined date night�
