Well done Frankie & Benny's Cribbs Causeway. I had booked a large table for my daughter's Hen Night. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a courtesy call on the afternoon of the booking. There on in Lee was most helpful. Our server was great, think her name is Emine, apologies if wrong. So friendly and patient. On top of all that, they presented my daughter with a couple of surprises too. I can honestly say I don't think there were any issues with food and given there were 13 in all, nobody was left waiting. Once again , thank you Lee and co.

Had a lovely meal last night and the staff were very friendly

The food was amazing. A bit disappointed because they had not smoke salmon by the time I arrived, but I guess that can only mean they had a busy lunch. And the guy who serve as (an Hungarian young man) was absolutely kind and helpful.

I had the egg Benedict with bacon and I will be back to try their pancakes.

Went to Cribbs Causeway on Thur 23rd Nov for a quick lunch at 1pm. All was good until 2 basic mains from the lunch menu took well over 30 mins to arrive after our starters were finished. They then had to be sent back as both mains were only lukewarm at best. This wasn't surprising as they were sat on the top of the pass for at least 5 mins with no urgency to get it to the table. Resent mains were good, waiter was very polite and courteous and the manager was apologetic and reimbursed us to our satisfaction.

Service today wss terrible we waited a good 30 mins for a drink order to be taken after we initally sat down. It would seem that Frankie & Benny's are unable to cope everytime the children are off. More staff is always needed. The facilities at the restaurant were terrible. Looked like no one had been in to check them all day and didn't particularly smell clean eitherm.

Went in for a meal with my girlfriend tonight. We walked in and waited to be seated but no members of staff came. We wait for about 5 minutes and no one came to us so we lefted. The staff seemed busy behind the bar and one of them was on her phone while clearing a table.

Went here for breakfast today and was horrified at the supervisors behaviour ... my kids were messing around with the balloons and the supervisor came over and huffed really loud and then pretty much slammed the tray down making me aware that he was really mad and made me feel really embarrassed and uncomfortable....... I let the waitress know about his behaviour and she said sorry and that he's not having a good day and that they were short staffed so he was stressed.... this is not my fault he's having a bad day and it's the last time I will go to that place. He didn't even apologise for his behaviour ...

I had a meal foe my birthday. Here food was cold plate. Were dirty and rushed out the door not asked if we wanted dessert just given bill service was a joke and was not even busy I will never go here again I made a complaint. All I got was a email saying they will look into it well that is not going to bring my birthday meal back or the day or the money I wasted or the service I got so sending email is not the best customer. Service company is very bad and the place is run bad not a good place to have a nice meal will not recommend. To anyone
