Went in this afternoon for my mother in laws birthday lunch,my daughter has several serious allergies and the staff were AMAZING!! First server had allergies herself (as bad as daughters so she understood),second didn’t know allergies as well so gave me their iPad with the allergy information on to check daughters puffing choice would be okay. iPad software was amazing (they even included sulphites as an allergen not just too 8-daughter is anaphylactic allergic to sulphites)... I wish more restaurants were as up on it as us guys are and that their staff were as nice as you are!!

Visited the Harlow branch with my mum on 19/06/2018 where we were delighted to see Katie, the waitress we've had on almost every visit over the years. We've not been here for 18 months (not through choice) & yet Katie remembered when our last visit was & the conversation we had shared. How attentive is that! We made our drinks order & then chose a selection of starters to share for a main meal. The food came promptly, was hot & delicious. The calamari is a firm favourite of my mum's while the crab & chilli balls are now mine. After our meal we both had coffees that finished off our visit perfectly. As always Katie showed such kindness to my mum, she is friendly & helpful beyond what is expected & makes our visit so much brighter. In both my opinion & my mums this is something that she most definitely deserves rewarding & praise for. As always we look forward to our next visit �

Just had a pizza making birthday party for my son and 17 of his friends. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. They loved putting on the chefs hats and aprons!

The staff were great, very helpful!



Very smooth communication from start (email exchanges to book and plan) to finish (the actual party)



Would defintely recommend the pizza making party here!

Took My son for his birthday last night 18/8/18 and we had a great time. Service got a bit slow toward the end but over was a great night. Made my son (10) feel very special

There has been a menu change which I'm not 100% happy with as my favourites have been replaced however the service as very good and my niece and nephew had a wonderful time, the kids menu was good, we loved how the kids mini hotdogs came out on a platter with their chosen sides, a mug of fries and sweetcorn, the goats cheese portabella mushroom burger was amazing an expensive treat on a Saturday but it was enjoyed.

Went for breakfast yesterday, the food was spot on, and the wait was not excessive from when we ordered. The waitress who took our drinks order was lovely, however I’m not so sure about the waiter who took our table over from her. He was a bit rude and dumped our meals on the table, we had to redirect the plates to the correct person. Was relieved that the original lady came back to sort our refill teas and coffee.

We arrived at 5.30 which I had booked in advance for 9 people. There were a few people in but it was by no means full. After 2 hours we had still not had our main course. We had 5 children, hence the early booking. When I questioned the delay was virtually shouted down saying the kitchen was short of staff. We were told on ordering there was no steaks and when ordering desert no peanut butter cheesecake which most of us intended to order. We finally left at 8.30. I had a discount card for 25% off which they said I did not need as they had given me a discount. As I was in a rush to leave to get the children home I did not check it. When I did check there was a discount but nothing close to 25% and to add insult there was a £19+ service charge plus I left a small tip. I was not told service charge was included.

Have been loads of times. Now not sure I will return.

Waiter barely said a word, very blunt and seemed to have no customer service experience. Food was ok considering we orderd a chicken salad and spagetti (plain not even any mince) so shocked it took that long.

To wait nearly 2 hours for your food is not acceptable at all, the 2nd star is only because the food was not to bad when it finally arrived - god knows how long we would have had to wait if the place was busy...... Not impressed.....

My family and I went to frankie & Bennys for my son in laws Birthday...well my Daughter was telling me how nice the chicken in breadcrumbs with pasta n sauce was so I decided to order it....There was hardly any sauce or cheese on it and it tasted very bland, I was so disapointed & would t recommend anyone having that dish it was awful....it was my first visit at the Harlow restaurant & I was going to book for my Birthday but now I'm having doubts about it.

Kid's menu is great. The food is ok. The service we had on Wednesday was extremely slow. It was raining and so it was a busy lunchtime. I arrived at 12.55, meeting friends. It was 15 min before we got a drinks order in and another 15min before we got them. (Wrong too. No milk for my white coffee). It took ages for our food to arrive and no warning before hand. We had hungry children to distract. It was half past 2 before our food arrived. No apologies. The staff were friendly and doing their best but it really was too long. We used the 33% app discount so it was good value but still won't be coming back soon.

They brought my daughter's desert before bringing the main course and even that was just ice cream no Wafer no sprinkles nothing. Cost nearly £60 for 3 main course and 2 deserts and 3 drinks. I couldn't even cut through the steak and the waiter had a attitude. I personally won't be going again

then a long wait for the main dish , I had chicken Cajun wraps , well think they was more like lettuce wraps ! Hardly any chicken in them at all ,was ment to have cheese & didn’t notice that till the last bite !

The chips was cold too!

My husband asked for a drink & he never even got that ! Wasn’t even busy in there.

Was was going to have desert but we had spent enough time in there & just wanted to leave !

We won’t be going back !!

Very concerned of how quick the food came out and the lack of effort put into the food few of my friends ordered a steak wrap and barely had any steak in it, the chicken was pink and the meatballs were very dry none of the food that was ordered looked or tasted fresh to make things worse myself and the party I was with tonight have all fallen ill and most of us work on a Saturday which isn't great if we are all off from work and all this was for my friends birthday so she has received a unwanted birthday present of ecoli as of this we will not be returning and be filing a complaint report

Used to love coming here but its changed (27/3/18) took about half an hour to get our starters, nearly an hour for the bbq ribs that were absolutely disappointing (tiny), no bbq sauce was even on the ribs, i had to ask for it! Then it took over an hour for our plates to be taken away. By then we wasn't even bothered about dessert. The atmosphere is dull where it used to be upbeat. Cant see myself coming here anytime soon.

So myself and my partner went to F&B after the cinema, when we got there we waited ages to be sat down when we did the guy just grumbled at us and pointed to a table didn’t tell us what they didn’t have on the menu, so chose our options then to be told they had no pizza so chose spaghetti carbonara instead plus a couple of sides , when it came out the sweet potato chips were freezing and hard, and the carbonara was so bland and watery I added cheese and seasoning but still didn’t taste nice I could only eat a few mouthfuls (Gordon Ramsay is right if they shove a load of basil on the top they are trying to hide the fact that is is sh..ockingly bad)



The waitress was lovely and offered me something else but I politely refused and she took it off the bill



I’ve never had a good experience in a F&B before it’s always been pants but my partner insisted on going there

We won’t be returning!

Shocking ordered from the new just eat food turned up hot but lack of, I ordered adults bolognese for my daughter as no kids meals and it turned up with best part of a table spoons worth of mince. Just eat was very helpful in getting me a refund but to hear a 3 year say the bolognese is missing says it all

Really poor service. Waited nealy an hour for food on a tuesday night. When it arrived it was cold and under cooked. Not enough staff to cope even though it was not busy
