Staff were really friendly food was excellent and a fantastic atmosphere

Not usually one to write a review but Come for breakfast the smorning the service was incredible ! So friendly so polite and asking all about our holidays food was gorgeous thankyou xxxx

Excellent friendly and attentive customer service from all staff. Prompt food service. Good quality food as per brand standard. Draught Bud Light, Budweiser and Stella were really well kept pints.

Called in after a trip to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Hubby had ribs with chips and coleslaw, I tried the Feel Good Range Nashville Chicken Skewers salad - both were delicious. Service was good, the music whilst we were there had me saying "oh, I love this song" ... will definitely go back.

Awesome night.... food amazing and service was fab. Staff were professional and fun at the same time. Absolute pleasure.... manager was awesome cheers guys �

The only good thing about F & B was the service, our waitress was amazing but sadly the food was tasteless, warm and not worth the £80 I paid for the family of 5.

Didn’t enjoy the food, apart from the garlic bread. Staff were lovely and everything that was wrong was out of their control. You could just taste most things were frozen/ packet mixes and it was rubbish. Haven’t been in a few years but it was nothing like it was! Don’t fix it if it’s not broke!

Poor wquakity food. Chef argued with me and the waiter because I asked for my pizza to go back in the oven as it was not cooked. Then he left it in for ten mins! And it came back black!

First time in Frankie and Benny and 2 of my companions went in to get drinks first and staff very rude, they came outside extremely upset at the way they had been spoken to and felt belittled, we had our drinks and left without ordering any food so won't be going there again
