Went for brother in laws birthday meal. Booked a table in line requesting comfortable seats and this was acknowledged. Waiter was excellent and served our food in reasonably good time with average wait. The place was pretty busy so this was expected. He was acceptionally polite and we left him a nice tip. There was 4 of us all having 3 courses I had sticky chicken wings goats cheese salad and bonfoffee basket all the food was excellent. This was my third visit ever. Bit pricey so would only go on special occasions. On another positive there was a good mixture of music!!

Went for a meal yesterday with my daughter and 3 grandchildren which one had autism... they took 20 mins to take our order then ages before starters arrived and when they did they were not nice. When we finally got our main the steak was not cooked they way we asked. Then it took forever to order out dessert which wasn't very nice either, we then asked for our bill which they never returned for another half hour. All in all a bad experience for my granddaughters birthday. It seems weekend staff are better as been there before at a weekend and never had a problem

Food was good,service was good quite a few people in the place,music wasn’t to loud so you could hear your self talking staff were polite and kept coming and asking if everything was ok. Been few times in last couple of months and never had a bad meal

Fantastic meal, it was very busy was told 20 minute wait but was seated after 5, staff at table straight way for drinks order, I had half chicken dinner with Louisiana hot sauce really tasty better than Nando's, wife salmon/haddock fish cakes again she loved them very tasty, my daughter's had from the Junior menu one had pizza was huge and full and my other had ribs again they both love there food, all in all cannot fault anything and great value it was fantastic 10/10.

Really enjoyed dinner at f&bs - the abc salad was delicious (bread sticks could be better) the black & blue burger was spot on & steak & salad ok ( steak a bit chewy but tasty) - only problem we had was the noise - very loud & difficult to talk - service was good- prompt , polite & correct - nice start to an evening

went for lunch after the cinema the Kids Meals were great both loved there meals and a good price too, Service was good, difficult to find something an adult can eat under £10.00 only noticed a lunch time saver menu after i left and was not given this when we walked in which was wrong

Went yesterday for a quick meal before the cinema. Staff were friendly ordered a pizza and steak meal. Had to send the steak meal back as the mushrooms and sauce was tepid. They stuck my meal in the pizza oven to heat up.. didn’t replate it and my steak which was ordered MR then was medium.. I did express my view and they were willing to cook another steak just didn’t have the time. Upon reflection the pizza wasn’t great and my meal was ruined.. we ate it cos we had tickets booked.. not the best experience 😤

Went to F&B's North Watford for Mother's Day brekkie with my daughter although the food was good and served well the customer service left a lot to be desired.....my daughter had a traditional fry up and asked for grilled tomato to be replaced with black pudding which they could do but they didn't tell her they would charge her another £2...having been told we only had a one hour slot were anxious when our food had not been served 40 mins after sitting down despite tables around us having been served and left...upon querying this was brushed off with "it's coming...it's coming"..we also tried to use a voucher for mum's eat free but didn't qualify as it was breakfast and not a main meal...how sad is that.. shame on you F&B

A bit disappointed really as this was always a family favourite. Drinks ordered and one didn't arrive...one of our party was excluded from the dessert order and one desert recommended by the waiter must've been so good that they ran out! Think I will return to the Hemel branch next time.

Went to celebrate my nephew’s birthday and ordered the half chicken with salad. It’s the first time I’ve ever known a chicken to have no breast! The half chicken comprised of the leg, wing and part of the body, but NO LOVELY white breast meat. Considering this was £15.99, I would’ve expected to see at least one breast, but when queried with the waiter I was told that this is all you get! So, the breasts are taken away and used for other items on the menu and you are left with the rest. Not worth £15.99 if you ask me. Very disappointed and won’t be returning any time soon.

Food was bland and over priced. Had to ask for Curley for every course. My chicken was burnt but they insisted it was just crispy and supposed to be like that. Granddaughters meal had 2 items missing, daughters lasagne was over cooked and both my sons burgers were raw in the middle and tasteless. The deserts were a joke, the smallest portions I’ve ever seen. The staff were very nice though. All of our food was warm and unappetising. What a waste of nearly £100. Will definitely not return

We’ve been regulars over the last decades always using it as restaurant of choice when taking the kids to the cinema, but I’m afraid to say we won’t ever be returning. Plus points new crockery and uniform are nice.. waitress was very sweet, downside the food is shocking!! Crispy chicken was burnt to a crisp, Husband’s chicken burger had mayonnaise when we’d specifically said no mayonnaise and very sloppily put together and ooozed oil when bitten into my pasta was cold, not even Luke warm, my sons meat balls were cold, my other sons pizza was the only saving grace. The cocktails (rockstar) was revolting watery and sour.. thought it was the problem but nope definately the cocktail. Then the kids had HOT waffles and ice cream ( a dab of ice cream) and the waffles were not only stone cold but stale. There was a table piled high with dirty plates by the toilets but still on the restaurant floor. The manager didn’t even come to apologise either, very poor show. Such a shame... a restaurant that was a kiddies favourite is now an absolute no go!!!

Kids had ice - cream milkshakes, which came as milk/cream with a strawberry flavour. Awful. Hats off to our waitress though, Jo, who was lovely, (awesome according to my son) & sorted kids milkshakes for us.

The reason it's got 1 star is because our waitress was very understanding and pleasant. The food was awful. Got a garlic pizza bread with cheese to start which half of it was burnt, the mains came out and I had the deep pan pizza which was burnt to a crisp underneath and was basically just dough with tomato purée as there was hardly any cheese on it. My other half had the bacon cheese and the burger itself was under cooked and the bacon undercooked. I would like to that the waitress as she was very nice about everything. But overall the food was disappointing.

Ordered 2 lots of the southern fried chicken it came out still cold in the middle then when the well done steak came out (for my pregnant partner)it was still pink in the middle and had blood on the plate really not impressed I was really looking forward to my meal but was very disappointed safe to say we won’t be back again.

Not great service, we waited a long time for our food My grilled chicken pitta was not great. Husbands Pisa had too much flour on the bottom. Had an upset tummy all day, so Food wise not a good experience, will not eat there again sorry.

I went last night the service we got was appalling she was one Miserable cow they had no milkshakes no tia Maria my son got a pizza paid 9 quid for then found out he could of got the same size in a kids meal,which she never told me about.the girl that served us looked like she was snorting something up her nose I don't know how she's still got her job and we couldn't wait to get out, I never Moan about where we eat but a bit of customer service would of helped

Found the staff Very unhelpful, food was awful, margharita pizza and vegetarian pasta for mains, Pasta tasted really bad, could hardly eat it, i am not going there for sure � in the end, thought will get the pasta packed as felt very bad wasting food n thought can spice it at home, they just hand u a box and expect u to pack yourself, no where have I seen this, most restaurants pack the take away food n hand it in carry bags!!

It took 20 minutes for our order to be taken, two kids burgers, one China Chen wrap and I ordered the seared steak salad. Meals arrive bed after 40 minute, by which time the start to f our booked film was 15 months mutes away. The seared steak was tougher than boot leather and when I told our waiter it was inedible he took it away to be replaced. Another 15 minutes and it had still not been replaced and my grandsons had finished their meals. Had to cancel my food and we missed the beginning of the film! The cost of mine was deducted from the bill, but £36.75 for two very ordinary kids burgers and one wrap, plus four soft drinks I think is very expensive!! Won't ever go back nor recommend it. As we left, the Manager had the cheek to ask if I'd enjoyed my meal. Shows how much he notices what's going on in his establishment!
