Good morning everyone - just to let all our customers know we will be re-opening as normal from 0930 this morning (Sat 3rd March) though it is still trecherous out there on the roads, including the industrial estate, so do please take extra care if you're planning a visit out to us today :)

Due to the continuing bad weather conditions and current state of the roads Frankie's will be closed until lunchtime (12pm), we will then reassess the situation and keep you posted :)

Went with my son who is 6 and cousin who is 4 and they had a great time running around and playing together well the adults enjoyed a drink. It's a nice big bright play area with lots to keep the kids happy on bad weather days !

We were there for a party yesterday, always great fun, staff were very pleasant, polite and full of smiles, great place will be back soon. Oh forgot it's always clean and tidy too which is an added bonus

We had a lovely afternoon at Frankies Fun factory. I felt relaxed and able to alllow my children to roam free whilst I caught up with the Mummies.

We all ordered food, which I thought was great and very good value for money. Portion sizes were fab! Only down side, towards the end of my bacon, cheese and chicken baguette, I found 3 pieces of bone in my bacon, which kind of ruined it for me.

All the children were given a free bottle of juice on the way out, which was a lovely touch, and despite my let down with the bacon, I would still give the full 5 stars for our overall experience.

Today my son had his 3rd birthday party here and He absolutely loved it, so did all his friends! All the staff where friendly and helpful and cam always made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for making it a fab party!

The kids thoroughly enjoyed it! Bright and airy, and above all CLEAN! Lovely play apparatus and plenty of seating for mummy's to sit, drink coffee and catch up! Will definitely be returning, not sure why it's taken us so long to discover! 100% the best soft play I've been to! Thank you Frankies!

My kids love it here, we always get a table and we always get a good 4 hours playing time. The food is decent for the price, the staff are friendly, helpful and polite. It is a bonus that you don't have to pay entrance for adults too as many places seem to be doing this nowadays. This is one of our favourite soft plays to come to.

My girls always enjoy their visit here. The staff are very friendly and a good range of food on the menu. Our favourite ball pit even if it's the furthest from us. Also always kept very clean and tidy which is nice to see x

It's really good lots to do and don't have a time limit of how long to stay we stayed there for 3and half hours and had a tired 4year old. The cafe prices are okayish well worth it will be going back ­¤æŹ­¤Å╗

I have not been there for a very long time (3 yrs) it was awful on previous visits, dirty, too crammed, food awful so we started to go else where, but I was totally amazed with my visit yesterday, my son had a brilliant time, very clean, excellent play equipment, great food - we will be coming back ’┐Į

Hey to the workers at frankies my children love this place x unfortunately on Sunday one of them hurt their arm whilst there and hubby spoke to male worker on way out before we headed to get it checked out . Just to let him know he did actually brake his arm :(( that's why he was sad x needless to say it proberly hasn't put him off as they love this place . but soon as he is on the mend and totally fixed we will be back for a visit but for a long while it needs to recover first x

Had an amazing afternoon here even though it was busy the kids had such fun and were so tired at bed time its a great way to tire out the kids and its a place were mum dad gran parents childminders can sit and have a coffee knowing the children are playing in a safe environment

Can I just say that we've been to Frankies a few times and Dan on the front desk is lovely. He's so helpful and happy and seems like a lovely guy xxxx

As softplay centres go, this is a good one. A good standard of cleanliness, helpful staff, reasonably priced food to suit all tastes, and recently updated to make what was already a big soft play frame, even bigger!. Parties are also good with lots of food supplied in a nicely decorated private room with attentive staff.



The only downside (as with all soft play centres) is they get very busy at weekends and rainy holiday days. and very noisy! A++++

This is one of my favourite soft play place to go! But due to the coffee being yucky! I'm only giving it 4* if the coffee was nicer it would be getting 5* us adults like a good coffee to enjoy while the kiddies play!

The play area's are good, lots for the kids to do of all ages. The food isn't great a little sloppy but ok. There is a minimum spend of ┬Ż5 if you want to use a card payment but there is no sign to say this so best to bring some cash.

I've taken my two children for ages now. It is a great place to take them and is even better after its refit. They do a fantastic toddler time through the week with deals on food which is a fab price. We also attend jiggy wrigglers once a week and then you have access to frankies after and it's a lovely time to go as quiet.

I have been going to Frankies on and off since its opened with my 2 young boys. It's definitely improved within the last couple of weeks with the new equipment and also seems a lot cleaner. The kids always have a fab time. We have eaten before too, the portion sizes are generous and we have never had a bad meal. Really the only bad comment I could make is that it's quite expensive. But happy to keep paying if it stays clean and the kids love it.

Was disappointed by the almost complete lack of healthy snacks. Toast was the only snack not overloaded with sugar. They seemed to have every sugar filled snack under the sun on display round the counter.

The play area is very big with a great area for under 4s, better than most other soft play areas. However there is a lack of lightning above the soft play making it rather dark, the spiral slide was pitch black.

Full of thug children picking on our kids. Disgusting scum who drag their children up with zero respect and ganging up on other children. The staff having to act diplomaticly because of the mouthy mother with rage in her eyes. At least the staff member came and apologised saying there are always problems with that family. Nice. Now our kids don't want to come back for fear of encountering the bottom feeders again.
