User

Went there every night during our stay at the millennium hotel and we all thoroughly enjoyed it, good food great bar and nice atmosphere.

Even used some ideas from there as inspiration for my own bar I liked it that much.

User

Visited yesterday for the football, staff were great, particularly Nikkos who looked after us really well. Great service with a smile, an asset to your team. Thank you!

User

This is a place I often visit.Relaxed atmosphere and they now a small bite menu. Perfect for me. The staff are very courteous and welcoming.

User

Service was great the food was fabulous and just a complete joy

User

Lovely helpful staff, especially as my husband is gluten free, one waiter went above and beyond and brought his a pudding not even on the menu. The food and cocktails were great too.

User

Had a wonderful evening at Frankies on Friday night. Staff were friendly and attentive, service was quick, food was great, it was hot and plentiful, great music, excellent bourbon of the month - Bullitt and a wonderful atmosphere. Would highly recommend a visit

User

Full Rack of Ribs with skinny fries and coleslaw.

Never fails, with a beer (or 2 of course, happy hour early doors).

A lot of places I've had Ribs undercooked and a bit chewy.

Never at Frankies!

These ribs just melt in your mouth, and you just end up licking the bones clean.......

User

Best fries I've ever had with a burger, lovely and crispy, the burger was top notch as well, definitely recommend.

User

The 3 bar snacks for £16 were really nice.

We had scampi, hot wings and nachos. The only critic was the nachos needed more jalapenos.

Drinks were quite expensive but it is Chelsea in London so £7.50 a cocktail and £5 a bottle of beer is expected.

User

Super staff. Right by Chelsea FC so if you're a fan this is a good place to go after the match. Food was lovely too.

User

OMG, the best white chocolate bread and butter pudding I have ever tasted! Staff were lovely, really attentive and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

User

Great food and Service

Drinks a little expensive but you are in Chelsea

Great night out

User

had the set menu after the tour. very limited choice and then get told not available when choice made. had burger and chips. burger was very dry. far too much lettuce. cheesecake for desert. get better quality at Aldi. wasn't impressed. wouldn't recommend

User

Food was gd and came out fast. We were there when happy hour started but when we got our bill they charged us double which I quickly told them we were here in happy hour so make sure u check ur bill...also they slap in a 12 1/2% service charge (which is optional) so ur not obliged to pay it which I didn't but I did tip the waitress who was very pleasant. I would go back again but would always check my bill before paying

User

Food was a bit over priced even for a match day. Quality of food was average. Had two pints of beer that were flat. Chelsea won so I wasn't to bothered.

User

Very limited menu, even then half the stuff on that limited menu they didn’t have which made it even more limited (which I didn’t think was possible) apparently they are undergoing a change and a new menu coming... needs to be sooner rather than later.

User

The food was decent enough but over-priced and the portions were not that big. I had to ask for a second drink as the wait staff seemed busy, although the place was far from full. I object to the practice of automatically adding a service charge (in this case 12.5%) to a bill for a solo diner. You didn’t work hard and it wasn’t busy. When I asked the server, he said it was company policy to add the “optional” service charge. This is a very poor practice and frankly verging on pressuring your customers.

User

The service is utter garbage and they even charge you extra for service.

Food; average.

Service; none existing.

Waitresses are just breathing down your neck and after you paid, they service is gone.

User

The female bar person was extremely rude and obnoxious to me because I asked to have a flat beer exchanged , some people are not equipped to deal and serve the general public
