Went to the brand new Franze & Evans at The Bower... it's just as awesome as their first restaurant. The scrambled eggs and salmon dish was 👌

This place is awesome! Did you know the chickens are corn fed and they eat marigolds too! Best place in Shoreditch for good quality mood food. I love it my friends love it and so does everyone else. Best time to eat is the Vegetarian brekki and the Courgette Cake. OUT OF THIS WORLD FOOD.

Some of the best desserts in London. Great place for breakfast/brunch/lunch. The lemon & courgette pie and the banana cake are out of this world.

Proper English breakfast with a Italian twist, and the BEST looking patrons, I felt like I was in a sea of models. The food was a 10 out of 10.

The food was delicious and service was good. Unfortunately on the way out there was a small collision between my brother and a waiter sending a pot of mayo onto the floor. He was extremely and clearly unhappy inspite of our genuine apologies. It was no-ones fault. Just an accident that occurred due to confined room to move and 2 people not noticing each other. Having said this I would definitely go again, and recommend it.

I like the shop's atmosphere very much. all shop assistants were kind and friendly. I visited Tokyo branch before moving to London by chance. I like both and drinks and food.Anyway I live in East London. Definitely i will visit this shop again! See you soon!

Very popular but personally I haven't been that impressed. I've visited three times now, and even though the cakes look and sound amazing I haven't found them particularly impressive taste-wise. The service is very friendly but often rather slow. Could be worse, could be better.

Great food but found the staff to be cold and unfriendly. Made me wonder why? Not a good feeling in terms of this customer's experience as others seemed to be getting good banter. When it came to our turn to be served we were made to wait as both staff decided that was the time to clean up, check on tables and take phone calls without any giving us any apology or acknowledgment. When our order came, it was at least twice my friend asked for a glass of water and it never came. Even when we said "thank you" when our plates were being cleared all we got in return was an indifferent sneer!!

The food in this place is out of this world the quiche is amazing as are the salads. What lets this place down is quite a few of the staff. They ignore you even when they are not busy, they never ever smile at the customers and they generally look like they hate their job and would rather be somewhere else. The owners or managers seem to be the grumpiest of them all. Such a shame it's so easy to smile.

Your customers service is terrible. I see a young girl ask for some water and because she didn't have enough to pay for 1 of your over priced bottles she was asked to leave not sorry we can't do that. Won't be coming back

The service is one of the most rude I’ve seen in a while. They sit you in one place and then move you to another table while you’re eating in order to sit more people. Food is nothing to be proud of.

I'm sorry Franzè & Evans, I didn't get to experience your "friendly and relaxed" atmosphere today, because I was told that I couldn't ONLY have a coffee outside in the sun! I was told I'd have to move if it got busy!



The waitress was lovely, but I suggested that she mention to the manager that the "relaxed" cafe culture at Franzè & Evans has met an untimely death. How disappointing.



I won't see you for my latte again.
