Had the watch to be reparedi through insurance for scratches for 3 months. A thing that should have taken 2 weeks. They never called me i had to call them. They closed the store for renovations for 1 month, after 2 weeks of opening the store they never callled,when i called them it took them about 20 mins to find me on their sistem. At first they told me that they don t have any watch but after they remmmebered. I will never buy anything from Fraser Hart. Worst experience ever stay away.
I paid for a watch which i didn t use for 3 months.
