Approximately eight weeks ago my wife and I took her very expensive wedding ring into store that was fully insured on an insurance sold by them when the ring was bought, low and behold when the ring became faulty it was checked it was deemed to not be a manufacturing fault, that aside I paid over the phone when the slightly rude lady took the payment from me. Eight weeks later no ring, if we do not receive this ring within this coming week there will be a further review per day, furthermore a claim for the full cost of the ring... THIS IS A WEDDING RING, SHOW SOME RESPECT...
