We went last night for a works meal, the food was fantastic and the waitress who look after us is a credit to Fratellos!

Oh Wow! Just ordered for the 1st time via the website (not just eat) & it was outstanding! I ordered the side salad & the pasta Bolognese (gluten free) & my partner had the pizza garlic bread (found in salads and side dishes) & the seafood pasta, the portion sizes were amazing & more then I had expected, the garlic bread was the size of a large pizza & the seafood pasta wasn’t small either! & my pasta was fabulous! I’ll def be ordering again! The delivery lady was so polite & lovely also!

Great meal last night for a birthday get together of 10 adults. Service was good although the restaurant was very busy, food was great and a nice atmosphere too. Thanks for a fab night! ��

Fantastic food and lots of it but best of all was the service, as it was quiet and early they invited our boys in to make their own Pizzas. Our youngest is autistic and can be funny in some restaurants but has already asked if he can go back for his birthday.

We have been regular users of the home delivery service since it began. Our last order was below average at best and felt the need to notify the manager - he was very professional and offered me a 50% discount on our next order which I felt was very generous. Tonight we ordered using said discount - a risotto marinara and a prosciutto crudo pizza with anchovies added as an extra. The lady taking my order checked if anchovies could be added, no problem. I asked if the risotto could be shelled - again she asked and confirmed no problem. Good delivery time on our order - such a shame that the pizza had no anchovies on it and the risotto came complete with shells! The opportunity to redeem yourselves was not taken so unfortunately this will be our last order, such a shame.

Had a really enjoyable meal here Sunday with the family some of the best olives and calamari I’ve tasted and the steak pasta was delicious. Good service and yummy food overall.

The service was extremely slow. We waited 25 minutes between starter and main and almost half an hour for our starters. Staff were rude as despite them being slow with their service they kept reminding us of when they're shutting. The food was bland and in my case too spicy so it was too painful to eat anymore. Never again.

Ordered from Uber this evening. I was beyond excited to try everything! At the end of the day after 3 hours of going back as fourth the food was never made OR delivered and I was still charged!!!!! Beware! They are NOT a honest organization!!! Do not support this crappy managed hell hole.
