So this happened today!!! ¤Åŗ¤Å╗ŌĆŹŌÖé’ĖŤÅŗ¤Å╗ŌĆŹŌÖé’ĖÅ
I managed to hit a 105kg hang snatch at the end of a 10x1 every 90 seconds. To my surprise (other than my stumble at the end) it felt really good.
I havenŌĆÖt had a snatch PR in a long time but it shows that if you work hard and train consistently then you will start to see results.

An update on Jody's progress, in the above videos he managed to PR his clean and jerk (25kg), PR his pull ups and ring dips (2+5), make further progress towards his handstand PR's push ups and make the biggest progression on his toes to bar so far. Doing this over a couple of weeks is a very good accomplishment but to do it all in one sessions is an even greater achievement. I hope this shows the dedication that Jody has put in this year training week in week out especially at his young age. I can wait to keep working with him for a long time to come. Really enjoyed training in the garage gym again today. Went for a 5RM deadlift for the day at 185kg but couldn't quite get the last rep, maybe it was I haven't been used to the bar, maybe it was the plates hanging off the end (ran out of 2" Olympic plates) but was probably just not strong enough today which just gives me something to aim for. Wore my be @beastgearuk belt for the first time today and it felt super sturdy the whole time. And thankyou as always for @fodrelentlessgym for the program, now to jus finish it all off #deadlift #notenoughplates #nexttime

But in other news this is a 120kg over head squats, which is 20kg PR for me, this is not because o have been training my OVH squats, but quite the opposite.
