Recently had my mtb serviced by Matt,1st Class service from the Fred Williams staff,I will definatly now be regular customer 10/10 thank you 👍

After first going to leisure lakes where I felt the customer service left a lot to be desired I decided to try Fred Williams. Felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door (greated with a smile) and as a newbie to cycling I had a lot of time spent on me ensuring I brought a bike best suited to my needs and budget. Fred Williams have definitely gained another life long customer, I highly recommend them to anyone.

I have visited Freds many times and each time I have found the staff to be really helpful. They are a family business and this really shows in the individual care they show to each customer. I 100% recommend visiting for all your bicycle needs! They provide a top notch service and great products.

Been riding bikes for years and have dealt with many shops. I called Fred Williams about a frame I saw and spoke with Jon. I was hugely impressed with his attitude, knowledge and patience. I honestly felt he wasn't trying to sell me something, but provide me with genuine help and advice. He took his time to do this. His colleagues were equally helpful when I called back a couple of times. I purchased the frame and it arrived safe and sound as promised. Fantastic experience. Just wish the shop was closer to where I live

Great service from Fred Williams. Before buying they went through lots of options and recommendations based on my budget, and proved very knowledgeable on every bike. When I ordered (Saturday) and collected my new bike from the shop (Tuesday), everything was set up to fit me perfectly. A good, friendly cycle shop and well worth supporting this local business.

Would recommend fred Williams cycles to anyone think of getting a bike or if you want to build one. Have bought mine from them 3 years ago. And they have been nothing but helpful.

They are all a great bunch of lads they now what they on about they also help you out if you need something done like the mechanics are great. They are all friendly and they now about bikes if anything needs to be done they well sorted it.

Went through the process of specifying,and designing my new bike from start to finish.The service at Fred’s is not only the best I've ever had in any cycle shop , it's the best I've ever had in any shop. The bike ended up being a dream and a perfect fit. The real bonus is that the service has carried on after the sale.Highly recommended.
